Hello everyone I decided to write about my experience of buying a car at this car center. After visiting several car dealerships, I decided on the Haval F7 II model, since before that, at the motor show in Minsk, I had a chance to sit in all the Chinese cars present on our market. And at the exhibition, the F7 bribed with its price/quality/style/comfort/adaptation to our conditions. And, an important point for me when choosing a car is the sound of the doors closing. By this sound, you can immediately hear what to expect from a car.
In general, after a while, I came to this car dealership and was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the managers, in particular Artyom, who accompanied me all the way to purchase a car. He provided full information, everything that interested me about cars, equipment options, and financial programs. He was always in touch while I was selling my previous car and solving issues with attracting financing. I want to wish success and good luck to the car center!

I bought a car at the age of 21, in November, the first Jolyon. When I bought it, there was an advertisement on the radio - winter tires as a gift! As a result, I had to buy tires, since there were no promotional items in cash))) They gave me a keychain for my keys))) also, in the application for money, there were hood shock absorbers and a trailer, they did not deliver, they said they were out of stock. At the same time, when the application was accepted, they did not talk about the availability. At the very first one, they didn't replace the gearbox oil, and they didn't say anything!!!))) I saw it myself, looked at the regulations and compared them with the list of spare parts! They say there was no oil!!!))) We would have called you back)))) In short, they changed it with a fight a week later, and they also took extra money for his replacement.!!!!!!!!!)))) Like we can't do it for free, but the fact that they've already taken the money for it is forgotten)))) Then 3 planned ones were returned, as a result, I had to wash their car for my own money in order to somehow pick them up!!! I'll tell you more later. There is some kind of grinding or extraneous sounds all the way at speed. It took a long time to figure it out. I don't remember exactly anymore, but there are several custom outfits for sure. The answer was always the same - mudguards behave like that, we don't know what to do))) Music saves!) There were knocks in the front suspension. I wrote an order for an outfit. I pick up the car, nothing has changed... I'm calling the car center. Bring it to me in a calm voice. They call in 1.5 hours and pick it up. I ask, what happened? Answer:- the electric power steering has been unscrewed!!! It's supported by three thin screws, and they've been unscrewed!!! There was a problem with the rear hub. They replaced it immediately, quickly, and did not reject it. But by 80 thousand . The mileage check lights up, and I'm taking the car to the service.They do THIS, they reset the receipt. I'm driving and I realize that the car is not "going", in the sense that there is no former agility in it))) I'm calling the response service.:- the check lamp is not lit, what are your complaints!!! In general, grueling trips to the service, constant error reset did not solve the problem, the car center decided to change the turbine. At the same time, they say you can continue driving, as soon as it arrives, we will replace it. We don't have replacement cars. I wrote a review, and lo and behold, a car was immediately found, but they asked me to delete the review. They said we would be friends, but we were deceived!))) The turbine was replaced 1.5 months later. I've been traveling for maybe two weeks, and the air conditioner is dying... The whole summer is hot, and autumn was a success))) they diagnose it))) Refueling, black
Two stars only for the work of the car acceptance master , everything else is sad, first of all : the inflated price of components, which is why they are trying to bill for prepayment without specifying prices, unpleasant communication with the manager during the court recording , the girl is clearly out of place , there are cars in the cabin that would do well to wipe off the dust and dirt , the only reason for applying is the warranty for a new car, there would be others who would gladly bypass this salon .

The car center itself and the cars are not bad, but there are questions about the quality of car maintenance in it!!! Be careful when accepting your car after completing the maintenance. Carefully look at and sign the acts of work performed, pay attention to what parts you give them and PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION to WHAT THEY INSTALL!!!!! Be sure to be present in the maintenance area and monitor the progress of the work. And the list of activities during the maintenance needs to be expanded because in addition to oil change (and that's not a fact) and control of the level of maintenance. They DON'T DO anything with liquids!!!!

I have to rewrite the "laudatory ode" to the real one, because after a while I rethought the situation. I turned to the case of knocks in the front suspension of the Jolion warranty – my thoughts were about the stabilizer struts, the support bearing or the ball bearing. So I decided to dispel the doubts of the officials under warranty. The problem in the end was the fastening of the steel protection of the crankcase, which the engine was knocking on at the starts and turns. The protection, in turn, must be attached through "dampers" and does not touch the engine when properly installed. The problem was found and fixed quickly - only it turns out that they "squeezed" it during the previous TO-1, when they changed the oil and filter, and then they conscientiously counted the money for removing the protection. Of course, this is a joint of a specific person and THANK YOU for quickly correcting it, but the service man has a three-minus, and thanks for the coffee to the car dealership manager!)

I was passing through Minsk. Despite the fact that the car is from Russia, they signed up for the service without question at a convenient time. Upon arrival, they told about the planned work. Requests for additional examination were accepted and fulfilled. Given the distance and waiting time, it was decided to stay and wait for the car in the center. On the 2nd floor there is a comfortable waiting area: with upholstered sofas, TV, coffee machine, wi-fi, entertainment place for children.
The work was completed on time. The payment was accepted with a Russian MIR card. The price is adequate, practically no different from other dealerships. Only positive emotions remained from the center. As desired, the organization of a technical car wash before putting in the box.

The service is courteous. I put the grille to protect the radiator. In Haval, almost no extras are made by themselves. They are sent to third-party companies. You need to drive yourself and look for offices. Although it turns out to be cheaper. If there's something wrong with the body, ask for a referral to a third-party company right away, they won't be able to do anything at the service.
.You can't wait for consultants there, everyone is "very" busy with two potential buyers at the dealership. We walked around, looked at it ourselves and that's it. There is no attitude towards customers, potential buyers!

I bought a hawal h9 1.11.23 on summer tires.. on the same day, I changed it for winter ... 04/7.24 before replacing winter tires for summer ...I noticed that the summer one was punched before my purchase ... the cord was sticking out .., when trying to rebalance, they said to throw this rubber away ... called the manager and described the problem, he said that now contact the service.. the service said that we have nothing to do with this ... and added that this manager had similar problems with customers ... this car center is not trustworthy ... think 100 times before dealing with them!

I was considering a Haval F7 to replace my tired 16-year-old Hyundai Tucson. I came to the car center, they showed me everything, gave me to feel, sit, examine the advantages.
