I have heard all sorts of fairy tales from the head of the service station, Yuri Shlapakov: that the workers were so bad they suddenly went on vacation, that the painter did not want to take up work and he fired him, that it was my fault that I brought the car to such a state, but in no case that this is not a management problem and that there are no penalties they are not going to pay, file a lawsuit. That's all I heard from him. And I'm not making it up, there were people with me who can confirm all this. At this service station, they do not understand what deadlines are and that this is also part of the job.
I can't say anything about the quality of the work, I'm not an expert, but the specialists who were with me at the reception said that they painted it normally, found a couple of problems, which were partially eliminated later. The price is also not low, perhaps one of the highest.
I recommend avoiding this service. The approach to work is disgusting. I couldn't pick up the car for 3 months.

1. Chinese parts? So it wasn't me who provided it, but I asked you to pick up and order the parts. You even had the audacity to increase the amount for the work by 50 rubles under the pretext that you had to tinker with the bumper. You took a bumper with broken fasteners and glued it onto a sealant that soon peeled off.
2. You have problems getting into the color of the paint! It may be complicated, but you also increased the price of painting by 50%. I didn't argue with you about the price. But when I made claims, you began to slander the master that he was like that. You called me and said the car was ready. And in fact, as a responsible person, you yourself did not even bother to come and accept a job from the masters, and then call. Accordingly, you have no operational quality control of the work performed in your workshop. You even paint the body parts not in the camera, but in the workshop where the car is being polished on one side and polished on the other side in parallel. And it was happening before my eyes.
3. I didn't pick up the car for a long time, not because I didn't have a driver's license, but because you delayed the process of repainting the car. Yes, we agreed that I would not demand to repaint as soon as possible, but you yourself set a deadline of a week, after which you were "fed breakfast"
4. Even after we had fully paid off and I picked up the car after a day or two, I found that you had not installed a new bumper booster for which I made the payment, but you took the money for the work. (I told the master about the amplifier, of course, that you can not change it since there was not a significant dent in your native one.) Yes, of course, when I arrived, you immediately apologized and said that you were going to call allegedly to return the amplifier, money for work not done. But this confirms the negligence of the employees and that you do not have operational control over the work. It's like your job is to sit in the office to take orders and collect money for work, and your employees are like on self-government. (ANARCHY)

If there is at least a minimal opportunity to cheat, they will cheat, do something wrong, break something or tear off the thread. And they probably don't know about the fact that when handing over a car to a customer, they need to clamp the battery terminals (at least they never clamped them to me). In the second car, they were digesting glasses for me. The next day after handing over the car to them, the director called and said that he was increasing the cost of the contract almost twice, while swearing that they would do everything perfectly, clean all the rust and treat all the arches. As a result, they digested it so that the suspension springs touched the body during their work, they did not do the processing, they assembled the car without fixing the wiring. I brought them a car three times to make sure that the springs did not hit the metal they had welded, so that the rust was cleaned and the body was finished. Every time I picked up the car, I had to go to another service station to fix what was broken on the Car structure. Their work has not been completed there, the metal that was welded there still interferes with the work of the suspension - the springs hit it when compressed. But I don't see any point in taking their car again, because the first three times showed their pathological inability to do their job, and also because I don't want them to break something again during assembly and disassembly, as always, and then at another station they would have to pay for the removal of their jambs.

According to his reviews, it was done quickly (about 10 days) and efficiently. The list of works included (the color of the threshold, the repair and color of the door and the repair and color of the rear wing and something else for small things) A 3-door hatch car.
I have the same car, I turned to them to digest the threshold. When evaluating the car, it was recommended to make the front wing as well, and after analysis they turned out to be right. This is a plus.
I must say right away that the work was done well, the color was excellent (the car was red), but there were shoals:
1. These are deadlines. I do not know why, but the repair was delayed for 3 weeks, although at the first request they promised to do it for 4 days. Then the deadlines moved on and on for a week for various reasons. It also turned out to be a big problem to get to them, the queue also shifted for several months.
2. Specify exactly what will be done and where it will be painted.
3. They painted the threshold with an opening, but either they were too lazy to remove the door, or that, in general, they left a shagreen under the door limiter, they promised to fix it. They forgot to fix the fender on the clips, so they had to come back and fix it. Plus, the director is ready to make concessions and calmly corrects the shoals of employees.
4. The car was returned dirty. The seats are all covered in white dust, you can knock them out, the steering wheel, the gearbox handle and the handbrake are also dirty, there is dust on the door cards. The employees swore that the car was cleaned, but even showing them dust and a dirty napkin, they continued to claim that everything was closed and cleaned) It's on their conscience, I had to go to the dry cleaners.
5. Before giving the car, it is photographed in a circle, but the photo is of poor quality. I advise you to do it thoroughly on your phone. I hope it was an accident, but the workers made a small dent on the rear fender and scratched the bumper. There was no dent in the photos, so the director defended his case, but the scratch on the bumper was proved, to which the director replied that he could not monitor his employees and that they could spit in your car and nothing could be done about it. A huge minus, of course, but everything was emotional. However, he immediately compromised and agreed to make a discount on the repainting of the bumper, although the scratch there is not significant. For this, the director is a big plus, because many hundred would have been sent far away.
To summarize: in general, an excellent service station, which I will contact again. Two disadvantages: according to the shifting deadlines and shoals of employees, but it seems to me that everyone has it and I was just unlucky. I hope it will be different next time. Thanks to Director Yuri, who tries to solve any conflict situations and compromises in the case of shoals. I will soon apply again for another repair after an accident and hope to fix the past jambs.
I painted the wings in this one hundred. The price was negotiated, but at the painting stage it turned out that it was necessary to use a very "special " gray soil, which is why the price was raised. When the wings were installed, they were scratched. And after less than a month, the paint peels off along with the soil. It was done carelessly. The impression of this is absolutely disgusting. In response to the scratch, they replied that it was a "property of plastic." I do not advise contacting this service station.

Perhaps the high cost mentioned to me (I know-six months ago I digested thresholds in another place on another car) this was only a formal reason to give up a job that partially did not meet the specialization of the company. Therefore, with welding work, this is clearly not the case. On the same day, I found a company with a friendly receptionist, reasonable prices and located in a location convenient for me. They're getting discouraged. using the example of a bumper: I bought a cream code. it says that the bumper is repaired for free when painting. when I arrived, it turned out that the repair would cost 150 rubles because it was badly broken and expensive glue was needed. then I got a call and was told that I needed another 350 rubles to repair the bumper because it turned out to be in very poor condition and needed special electrodes for soldering. in fact, they just sealed it with glue, as it was agreed at first, while taking 350 rubles extra. i.e., they just cheated on 350 rubles! 4 days after the car was taken away, the paint on the bumper cracked... that's the quality. let me remind you that 500 rubles were paid for the repair of the bumper and 300 rubles for painting.
