I think for everyone who is planning to bring a car from abroad for the first time, the most terrible and incomprehensible thing at the beginning is the choice of the company. So I talked with several companies, found out the conditions, asked my friends - and as a result, according to reviews, Autogroup (AG further) was the most reliable.
Without long stories, expectations were met in full, the manager tried to neutralize any worries, always stayed in touch, advised. I worked with Barry's manager. Empathy for the client, conscientious performance of their tasks, polite communication and activity are the features that I can highlight specifically for Barry.
Dmitry, the director of the company, inspires confidence very much, who periodically shares updates that can be seen on the tg channel or Instagram account. The director personally travels, communicates with carriers, sets up logistics, conducts negotiations - and this increases trustworthiness to the company by 100%.
My car arrived in 2 months, which is also incredible, but then I was lucky :)
I will definitely recommend Autogroup to others, and later I will contact the guys again 🤝
What growth points can be identified?:
- during the selection of cars, I wanted to consider a little more options, although it is clear that the auction is not rubber, based on the client's requests.

Manager Vladislav always answered my questions and gave competent and professional advice on the selected lots. I ordered a car through them from a dealership in Germany. The car was good, serviced to the last at the dealership. They drove a car with a dirty cut-out particulate filter. I want to warn future buyers, if you order a car through them, then at the same time order a full inspection of the car. At least there will be an analysis and no one on the road will bother with expensive equipment, because there will be confirmation that it was there.

We were warned about all payments (auction fees, delivery from the USA to Minsk, duties and other expenses) at the stage of signing the contract. The price has never changed. An employee of the company responded to messages quickly, accurately, provided correct information, advised on each lot of interest, discussed damage, approximate repair costs, provided a car maintenance statement (Carfax). Everything was as clear and transparent as possible. Kirill Kozlov worked with us. Only positive emotions remained.

Hello everybody!!! I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Auto Group company, namely, manager Nikolai G. Brest. Nikolai listened very competently and clearly to all my wishes about the car from the USA and after a while we won a very cool Chevrolet Equinox in bomb color with minimal damage. They were delivered to the port very quickly and loaded onto the ship. And about a month later, I already met with the car and was closely engaged in repairs.
PS. Not so long ago, I again contacted the Brest Auto Group company and we won with manager Nikolai another car that is currently sailing to Klaipeda. 👍👍👍 But this is a completely different story!!!!!

Hello. I applied to AutoGroup in November 2021.. I was completely satisfied with everything, with the abundance of options offered by manager Kirill and a compromise, flexible approach to choosing a complete set of cars. There were no pitfalls in terms of the fit and price, the deadlines for the fit to Minsk had to be postponed myself due to a business trip, which we kindly went to and were able to hold the car until the required date for customs clearance. P.S. I am happy with everything except the work of customs in Sennitsa, but this is no longer the field of activity of AutoGroup, I hope that work aimed at the client will be adjusted there.

I am buying a second car from Auto Groups. There were some hitches with the first one 2 years ago (the damage was more serious and the restoration was somewhat more expensive and more difficult), but I gave this company a second chance. Now I can say that the manager Alice did a very good job, helped with changing desires (I wanted a jetta 6 or escape, but in the end I chose a jetta 7). There was a hitch with the delivery from Carolina, they waited for loading for almost a month and a half, but this is Covid's fault. There was maximum information support at all stages. Customs in Sennitsa was passed in 2 hours (from the entrance to the building, to the departure of the car outside the gates of the SVH). The car started up and went under its own power for repairs. There was a moment of nerves after the first launch.... the "garland" on the instrument panel was burning, but after the next engine start, everything returned to normal (the terminal was removed from the battery). The car is still under repair, but 25 km behind the wheel showed that the choice was made correctly, the impressions are only good from the purchase.

The car was picked up and delivered in 3 weeks from Germany. VERY FAST!!! The car was brought to the SVH (Senitsa), I had to go myself to clear the car (declarant Lyudmila helped). We lost the day, of course, but in the evening we took the car with all the documents and went home.

They picked up a car with a "minimal impact". After removing the bumper, a surprise awaited, the damage was not typical for photos from the auction. The photo shows a slight bump on the bumper, a cracked headlight glass and a broken fog light. In fact, the bumper amplifier bent in the middle, both spars, a broken radiator and a bunch of small things that cost space money on Malibu. In addition, the company takes money not only for the selection service, but also a deposit as insurance against non-purchase of cars. Only this deposit is not refunded after paying for the car, but allegedly goes towards paying for delivery. After I requested documents confirming the fact of payment of this money for delivery, I was told that these documents have a confidential status, and they cannot provide them.

I applied to an Auto Group to buy a motorcycle at an auction in America. As a result, the cost of the motorcycle turned out to be much higher than the manager had indicated at the beginning. The condition of the motorcycle itself can be described as scrap metal. You can also buy tacos in Belarus. Maybe the situation is different for cars, I do not know. But there is no longer a desire to apply to these firms for a ride from America.

They declared an increase in the cost of car delivery by 750 units, with a real increase in price of 200.
