We came from Moscow to Turkey for the second time on a Range Rover Evok to see the beauty of this beautiful country! And we had a car right on the highway, the gearbox failed..We arrived in Alanya by tow truck in one service. At first, they figured out the reason for a week, decided that the problem was in the hydroblock, then they searched for it for a week, ordered it, waited and when it arrived, the car still did not go, they said it did not fit. Then they ordered another one, again it didn't fit. They offered to change the whole box for 250,000 lire, also used. I realized that this is not the right service.. I started looking for another one and accidentally gave the contact of this service "Alfa center otomatik şanzıman" in Antalya. And they also speak Russian there. I contacted Anton, then Nazmi called me back, we talked and I drove the car to them, picking it up from the first service. Alfa disassembled the box within two days and found exactly the cause of the breakdown, it was the primary shaft with a gear.. Unfortunately, it was not possible to find this part quickly on my box and I flew to Moscow. I brought the part and in two days the guys assembled the box, ran the car around and gave it to me clean and serviceable.. Which we were incredibly happy about! 🙏🥳

They just saved my car. DSG is broken. The official dealer in Antalya said 33000TL sentenced the entire mechatronics, and these guys replaced only the sensor for 7500TL and that's it 👍
