The guys did well, they did it efficiently, for a long time - I rewound 100 thousand to the next suspension bulkhead. The prices are reasonable or even lower than, for example, on the SAVIOR, where they do nothing, but only rip off the money. BUT one day I turned to the AutoModern with a simple task - to replace the oil valve. I've already ordered this valve from WB. They said that they would not take it, that "according to technology" it was necessary to change the entire pallet - and eventually give 800 rubles. Then, of course, I was a little upset with them, but that's okay, I fixed the machine with my own hands, giving only 20 rubles for the valve and spending 15-20 minutes of time on everything about everything. Verdict: ONE HUNDRED percent is normal if your breakdown is serious or simply requires the replacement of many spare parts. And they won't take on a little thing like replacing an oil valve like mine.: they will say that they will not repair it this way, because "not according to technology"
I applied for cleaning gasoline injectors. The master himself did everything perfectly. I am very grateful to him. But those who work with the reception of orders and cash have left a negative attitude for the following reasons:
1. Boorish attitude
2. There was a request to see how the nozzles were cleaned, it remained without any reaction until he himself approached the master and talked with him
3. When I gave the injectors in the morning, they said they would do it before 18.00. It's good that he didn't leave, the master started making them after 30 minutes.
4. All the negativity applies to people who only accept orders. No communication skills and communication with clients. It feels like a Soviet store
