I used this service for the first time: I rented a car while repairing my own. On the phone, the manager answered all my questions very politely and in detail. Everything was quickly arranged, the car was given out clean, smelling delicious inside and with a full tank. The office itself is located behind the ring road, but they offered to give me the car via the metro line, which is very convenient. A nice addition was the availability of wet wipes, paper handkerchiefs and napkins for the car interior. The contract was extended for an additional period by phone without any problems. I was satisfied with everything, I recommend it.
