I had also left money for the deposit in case I had some fines.
When, 40 days later, I started asking about this money back, they took ages to reply (more than 3 weeks), then they said that I had a fine of a little bit less than the deposit. When I asked them to show me the fine they stopped replying. Very disappointed, AVOID if you can!
My experience with 321 was very good at the beginning. Despite being high season they managed to find a car for us, a very good Subaru Forester. The car itself was in immaculate condition, and it was clean inside and out, and clearly well-maintained.
I booked through Whatsapp very quickly, and the staff was always available for any questions and helpful but only at the beginning.

They took me for a week to travel around Kyrgyzstan. We drove from North to South and back, plus we went for a couple of days to Issyk-Kul. We took a Subaru Forester. In my opinion, this is the best choice of car in Kyrgyzstan for the average tourist. If the roads are public, then there is good asphalt everywhere, and all-wheel drive and ground clearance allows you to move onto a dirt road. Dirt, climbs under 70% for average tourists, as well as a jeep with an appetite like a hippopotamus, are not needed.
According to the work of the office, everything is fine and clear. The car is in good condition, the sensations are only the most positive. And the country...Well, it's beautiful, original, and the mountains are beyond praise.

We took a Subaru Forester (grey). The car is quite new, in good condition, pleasant to drive.
The rental office works well - everything was arranged quickly, there is a service to pick up a car from the airport.
There was one unpleasant moment - when driving on a dirt road, a flat tire. As it turned out later in the tire repair, the wheel was already in hernias, we did not check this when accepting the car. But the wheel was replaced at the local tire shop, and we drove on without further problems. We paid for the replacement of the wheel and tire ourselves.
In general, the impressions from communicating with the rental managers are positive, they are constantly in touch. I can recommend this rental.

We took a Chevrolet spark for 5 days. It turned out very well for the price. And the car itself was pleasantly surprised, good dynamics. The only drawback of the car is that there is no legroom for the rear passengers.
The deposit was 26,000 SOM (fully refunded on the last day). There was also a second deposit of 3000 rubles., It will be returned in 40 days (the deadline for receiving fines).
Upon receipt, Haman showed and told everything!
We drove around the city and the surrounding area. There are a lot of mobile tripods in the direction of Issyk-Kul, observe the speed limit :)

I rented a Subaru Forester from August 15 to 24 at the company's office. Fast and courteous service, no hidden charges. They were returned at Manas airport. The inspection of the car on return took 5 minutes. The deposit was refunded in full. According to the technical condition, there was one nuance-the wiper on the passenger side was torn, it was replaced by itself for 150 som. The rental staff is always in touch, polite and friendly.
The only inconvenience is that I could not conclude a lease agreement from a Russian legal entity, I took care of myself. But the financial documents were issued to a legal entity.
I recommend this company to everyone. The quality of service and condition of the machine correspond to a slightly higher price compared to other companies.
