On the negative side: they never gave me my copy of the contract; they never sent me a video recording of defects on the car body; I had to beg for a 10% discount for the three-day lease prescribed in the contract; but most importantly, the company's representatives were late for a meeting to return the car for 2 hours without any warning and Apologies on their part. There was a risk of missing the plane, I had to change my plans and spend money on a taxi.
