Hello everyone I can't keep up with a couple of sentences, so it's dry and to the point. The Renault Talisman car ran 225,600 km with a wonderful robot, broke down in St. Petersburg. Free Diagnostics by an official dealer, the guys from the garages sentenced the clutch to be replaced, which is NOT in the city! Or waiting 3-4 weeks with an unknown result and price. I searched for options on the Internet, found an article on how the guys from the AutoReshenie company change the clutch on the Skink. I called and explained my problem! Alexey clearly said, come, we will diagnose NORMALLY, we will find spare parts! After 2 days and 830km under its own power, the car made its way from St. Petersburg to Minsk. Technical specialist Andrey took a ride with me and said. In addition to the clutch, the robot box also behaves inappropriately! Diagnostics on the lift confirmed his words. I'll reduce the crunch and screech when I turn on the first gear! We discussed the cost of the work over the phone back when I was in St. Petersburg, according to the result of the diagnosis, the cost of the work did not increase much, since the new introductory ones with a box. I have never seen such a thing anywhere :) However, it bribed:) The box was disassembled in 10 minutes. I attached a photo of the sad shavings to the review. Verdict, 2 primary shaft bearings have collapsed, the 1st gear fork is worn out, 2 differential bearings + natural clutch wear for a run of 225,000 km. It's decided to change everything and do it. Spare parts: I found the flywheel and the complete clutch kit on the Internet myself! No one recommended the store or Uncle Zhenya from the garages to me to buy there! The guys found the precious bearings and fork themselves, I couldn't! .

I called in the evening - after all, they recorded it for the end of next week with the reservation that they would call back on Monday or Tuesday, they would say if there were spare parts. No one called back. By the end of Wednesday, I called myself - they said that they were not waiting for me, since there were no spare parts. The result is 2 weeks of incomprehensible expectations. Maybe they are repairing and not bad - unfortunately I didn't find out, But the attitude towards customers is disgusting.

I made a scheduled oil change in the automatic transmission on a Mitsubishi Lancer X. I am very satisfied with the service. I asked to be present when changing the car's oil, as I personally wanted to look at the condition of the box) The locksmith and (possibly) the manager servicing the car behaved politely and explained what was what + told many interesting stories about the maintenance and repair of boxes. As a result, the oil and filters were replaced in an hour + time for the oil to cool down. By phone and immediately before the replacement, the amount of 440 rubles was agreed with the expectation that 5 liters of oil should be poured into the box. As a result, 6.5 liters had to be poured into the box. Because of this, the amount of the check was supposed to rise to 550 rubles, but the master considered that this was his miscalculation, and for THAT I still paid 440 rubles. I was just shocked that such a thing could happen! Every time I hear from friends and acquaintances that they say one thing on the phone, but in fact the price tag always goes to x2.
