Good and helpful staff, and most importantly, they know their business and will help. You can entrust your car to the craftsmen and get it back in working order.
You can only come to them by Lada, knowing in advance what to do with your spare parts and checking how they are doing. I have a fifteen-year-old car (Volkswagen t5), but it turned out to be too complicated for them. They don't know how to diagnose, they don't look at the regulations. They burned a new turbine, a new clutch, gouged the joint, did not fix any of the causes of the breakdowns and did not even look for them. The claims were told that they had done everything correctly and did not know what the problem was.
I will tell you the whole chronology of events, why they had to be redone and how, as a result, my car did not drive for six months.
The turbine collapsed, I brought the car in a tow truck to these guys. They said that no one repairs turbines in Armenia, they do not know how to order themselves. I ordered from Russia, waited, brought it. He asked me to do SOMETHING at the same time. It was necessary, of course, to be wary, even when the master asked what haldex was. The turbine was changed, they said that they had changed the clutch disc for some reason (without warning). They did not show the old clutch, they did not give checks, they offered to dictate the order. The oil in haldex was not changed and the master (the same) He asked again what it was. I tried to drive, the masters said that the abundance of smoke was normal, although it looked like the whole car was on fire. The clutch was slipping. After 500 meters, the car stopped driving altogether. I went back (down the hill to neutral), left the car. The next day they call, they say that for some reason the oil is in the intercooler, and the new turbine has burned down. I took both turbines and took them to the master on the advice of an emigrant chat. It turns out that turbines are being repaired in Armenia, they give a guarantee and test reports. I gave these figures half a million drams, loaded the car onto a tow truck and took it to the master from the chat. I don't know if it was during the transportation of a semi-disassembled machine or if several clamps from the nozzles were lost before that. It immediately became clear that the gasket in front of the exhaust manifold was torn and the gasket in front of the turbine simply did not fit through the holes, the oil flowed past the turbine. There are traces of work without oil on the new turbine, the native one was repaired, and a gasket was ordered instead. About the clutch, it turned out that only the disc was changed, although the basket is also changing according to the regulations. The basket on my car has a wear compensation mechanism, if only the disk was changed, then at least the basket should have been moved, which was clearly not done.
I needed to go on vacation, so I picked up a car with a slipping clutch and a freshly installed turbine and drove about a thousand kilometers. The shrew crunched.
I returned the car to the master from the chat for completion. I had to wait for spare parts, besides, it turned out that my flywheel was falling apart, and because of its backlash, only the outer part of the clutch was clinging. There are hammer marks on the seam, its body is cracked and all the grease has leaked out.
All the attached photos are from the chat wizard, these do not show anything and do not notify about anything.
At some point, the car stopped starting, it turned out that the bracket on which the retractor is hanging was broken off. I'm not sure if it was broken off in this service, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.
I searched for a good service for a long time, called, made an appointment, when the right specialist arrived, he was not there. They said that in 3 days they would call and I would be able to bring them a car, it is unclear why I came. On the 4th day I call myself, the phone is handed over to a specialist, after a short diagnosis on the phone they said they would call back now. A week has passed, there is no answer.
Great guys!
The only place where the master (it seems Masis) was able to expose me to a normal collapse. And the master also drives a Volvo, which is doubly pleasant.
