I decided to pass a state inspection on my Mazda 3 2005. No luck the first time, different hand brake force. They told me to eliminate it and return. I drove to the nearest garages. They opened the pads a little bit and said everything was OK. As a result, they were deployed again for inspection.
The next day I decided to contact the Car Network.
The guys immediately said that the handbrake cable could be replaced. The order was placed, the cable was brought and replaced on the same day. After all the work, they drove the car onto the brake stand, checked the effort so that there would be no questions at the inspection.
In general, I was very satisfied with the service and service. Everything is clear, fast and to the point. I recommend this service to everyone.

So much was done at that time, the initiative came from people.It was a pleasure from the service.
Now it's the other way around. I came specifically to make an appointment for a pre-diagnosis of the chassis, plus the check "K" was highlighted (a hum appeared and the car stopped pulling), I needed to make a diagnosis; I wanted to change the glow plugs + the turn signal stopped working (the problem in the headlight with electrics was most likely, because it had already happened before).
On the same day, I received a refusal for almost everything!
Candles do not change, there is no electrician, the guy said there is no point in you doing that, so most likely the problem is in the electrician, but there is no electrician anyway🤷♀️
And if there was a question about electrics?!
Okay...To the question, when will it be?
- I don't know, it's not our electrician, hired, he's on vacation now. I think okay, write it down at least on the suspension diagnostics. It was recorded the next day at 12.00.
I arrived at my own time.
And what??
I waited - I waited and did not wait for my "turn", I waited 35 minutes, I went and asked how long to wait for more, because I was scheduled for 12.00, to which I was answered we do not know, everything is busy, still wait. Is this normal at all? Why should I make and keep a record? I used to come without an appointment, they said sign up. I signed up- wait anyway. I understand that the company has a special offer for wheels and tire service until the end of September, but if you are recording, then at least you should understand that a car will arrive now by appointment or make sure that you have not arrived and take another one. I would not have driven on my own time and would have arrived an hour later. I left a small child at home with the eldest, I think I'll quickly go to the diagnosis in time... In general, I was very unhappy with such service.

I am completely satisfied with the purchase of winter tires, the guys picked up an excellent tire option not in the most popular size 185/55r15. Now they have diagnosed, ordered and replaced the tie rod tip and made a camber - everything is very fast! In the spring, you will need to change the oil and filters, buy 2 summer tires. The choice is obvious - only the Car Network.

we bought tires on August 12, 2021. PREMIORRI 8 pcs were given a warranty card for 5 years. The tires turned out to be defective, cracked after a couple of days, they were taken back to the store to return under warranty or exchange for others, which I was refused.
Until today, the issue with the tires has not been resolved. The tires were left in the Car Network store, the money was never returned.
BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, THE WARRANTY DOES NOT WORK

We drove a car with a problem of bad brakes, the brake pedal is in the floor.after the diagnosis, all the brake discs were condemned, the bulkhead of the calipers was worth about 2000 rubles.OK, we're doing it.after the repair, the pedal is not habitually soft, after driving 600 km outside Minsk, they began to slow down and there are no brakes!I stopped a bus in front of me.traffic accident.traffic police...having driven the car on the carriage back to the service station, describing the problem that the guys had diagnosed something shitty, I received the answer that after repairing the car it was in good condition, the brake fluid does not go away on the spot, you have another problem.and now we are starting a long journey of passing examinations, claims, and court proceedings...I do not recommend this service to anyone, spare parts are recommended expensive with a normal margin, prices for work at a discount are about the same as at a dealer in Minsk.

They did a computer diagnosis, but they could not give an official result with a decoding of the problem (there are nuances, they told only in words).
