Hello. I came across an Auto Video company through ads. I placed an order for an hd dvr recorder, they called back the truth only the next day, they answered all questions by phone. The order was sent by mail, it took 4 days to get to Pinsk. The order came in a slightly crumpled box, but as they later explained to me at the post office, the parcel could have been crumpled (therefore 4 stars). The product itself is without any flaws, the characteristics match the description.
