I took a car for a day because my car was under repair. I drove it to the car wash before handing it over. I drove it and the receptionist said that the car was dirty and calculated the money for the car wash. The amount is not large, but with such success it is possible to significantly increase revenue, they say I need your money, so you will be fined. I don't see any point in arguing with them, and I don't see any point in contacting them either. I am attaching a photo of the "dirty" one so as not to be unfounded. There is a video from the car wash, but this is unnecessary. It is very unpleasant when you are shown white, but they claim that it is black.

I contacted this company several times to rent a car.
I am completely satisfied with the level of service and the human approach!!!
