On Saturday, I made an appointment for Monday at 12.00. I arrived on time. There is no one at the reception. The specialist I signed up for, too. I waited for 15 minutes and left because the lunch break is limited in time. No one called after that. At 13.00 I decided to call back to clarify - no one answered the phone.
