I gave the car away for commission sale.I stood there for a month, to no avail.The managers persistently called and invited us to the salon, convincing us that this was the best playground in Minsk, an indoor heated parking lot and cars in the warmth and under the roof.
As a result, I got the car back - all snow-covered and covered with a crust of ice!!!
What kind of sale could we be talking about?
The car was moderately not returned for 30 minutes, as the windshield was completely frozen and snow-covered, they simply could not warm it up and clean it.
A very impudent lady is sitting in the "sales office" - she is impudent, rude and shouting.
Avoid this salon!!! And what they promise is that the car will be on an indoor playground - don't believe it !!!
The result is wasted time and nerves!!!

I parked my car on July 03, 2024, it was there for half a year, I called and asked how and what, they always told me, everything is fixed, don't worry, they're watching the car. Bottom line: I arrived, and the car with the wheels flat, started up the third time (I assume that this is because I was repairing the generator shortly before I put it there) under a thick layer of dust, one wheel was so flat that the rubber deformed, had to be lifted on a jack, and then pumped, then they tried to convince me that it's kind of normal!!
Conclusion: no one cares about your cars there!!!

I bought a BMW X7 in 2021, I was attracted by the good price and the choice of body color / interior color. From the first visit
, I really liked the sensitive attitude, showed all the cars, answered all the questions, did not impose anything without haste. I handed over my car to Trade In, they quickly and fairly evaluated it and later did not try to reduce the price. We helped with the loan, which was issued on good terms without additional services. All the staff are very friendly but without imposition, hospitable (tea/coffee is always offered), competent. The guys helped throughout the deal, there was a sincere desire to help where possible! We commented on all the stages, oriented them by time, offered to change the tires (I came with my own) while we were making out the car, by the way, there is a good tire service nearby with normal average Minsk prices. After the purchase, there were a number of questions about registration, the guys helped with this! I'll look for a car next time - I'll look in on you)

Disrespectful attitude towards customers and deception. I was interested in the car, I called to see it - they said call me next week, it's currently being polished, they promised to call me back when it appears in their parking lot. Not waiting for the call, I dial myself in 4-5 days - again the answer is that it is being polished. Please let me see, I'll drive up where you say, they say I'll look at it on polishing, the manager replied that he would clarify something now and call me back. I did not wait for the call, I dial in two hours, the manager replied that he had not specified yet, but assured me that he would definitely dial me. As a result, I call myself again in the evening, and ask again - the answer angered me - a deposit has already been made on the car, it has been sold.
I do not recommend this organization because of disrespect for customers and deception.

We sold my husband's car in this car dealership, we were very satisfied, sold it quickly (less than two weeks), very pleasant managers, constantly recruited, kept up to date. "bring it, you will not regret it, we will sell it in 2-3 days." As a result, the car stood for 21 days, the battery was put to ZERO, started with a booster. Initially I doubted the work of such organizations, but I was convinced by those who connected with this one. Maybe there are normal auto houses, but I don't recommend this one to anyone. Do not see each other on the phrases "We have a buyer for your car, etc., etc. "

I realized that people want to buy a new one for the price of a 10-year-old car. But the circumstances were such that it was necessary to leave and leave the car in Minsk. He began to study sites where he could put it on sale, a friend advised him to look at Avalon, since they brought him a car from Europe, and he liked the approach. As a result, I left them the car, and when I saw how they prepared it for sale, I did not believe that such a thing was possible. As a result, a little more than 3 weeks later they sold my merc. With the calculation, everything was the same without problems.

When starting from the booter, they burned out part of the electronics, burned the clutch, and somehow drove away. When talking to an employee of this company, I realized that they do not even have basic knowledge of cars.
