This is our first vacation in the Maldives and when choosing a hotel, I wanted 5 minutes. My choice fell on Avani+, since the hotel is new and according to the review on YouTube I saw many advantages: restaurants, wine list, breakfasts, my own reef, etc My expectations were fully met and even exceeded . Everything was perfect: from meeting at the airport and placing in the lounge room where we were waiting for the seaplane, all the way to the island. A lot of greenery. The weather was also pleased with the sun, although the rainy season is still ending, but the 4th day the sun is shining clear. There is a Russian-speaking staff who is always in touch with us. Our guys are trying very hard, maybe there is a language barrier with other staff and we don't always understand each other, but these are small things. I realized for myself that I need to improve my English. I really liked the Charcoal restaurant (grill and seafood). For the first time I saw a glass cooler, I took a note for my wine bar. In general, everything is great. Thank you 😘

I was vacationing with my family. The main gem of this hotel is the people, the staff. You get into the atmosphere of home comfort at the very moment on the pier where you are met. And then, incredibly, the entire staff already knows which villa you live in, which table you liked to sit at... which fruit your child likes. They are sensitive, attentive, friendly; the children are completely delighted with the staff. And the parents from the switched attention of their child to someone else) Our Beach Villa with pool was our home for 10 days, perhaps the only disadvantage is the lack of a dryer. Otherwise, there was everything you needed. I really liked the cuisine at the hotel, I managed to try all the restaurants, the tables are not full, but everything is of excellent quality, fresh, and no one will stay hungry. Beach: we were in the rainy season, so the ocean is mostly choppy, but you can swim. We were 100% satisfied with the hotel. Would you come back again? - defined.

Good day to all) we are resting in Avani + from July 28 to August 5, 2024.) today is the deadline) I want to share my impressions) there are four of us, we lived in two-storey houses with adjacent rooms, one room has one large bed, the other two separate! The balcony is glass, the ocean is visible) the hotel is new, everything in it is modern, wonderful, beautiful. The island is quite green, the reef is very beautiful, diverse, we have seen sharks, rays, many colorful fish) the ocean is simply magical, from bright blue to dark blue. The island has a wonderful very friendly staff, the island is looked after, there is enough food to have a delicious meal, the dishes are not spicy. Vacationers from different countries, there are also Russian families) the weather was great, it rained a couple of times, but we swam, the ocean is very warm. There are no mosquitoes and various insects, the island is being treated for mosquitoes and midges. The island is not small, there is a place to walk. A modern gym, a beautiful SPA, there is entertainment for children) an amazing infinity pool, with a magnificent view of the sunset. There are tall coconut palms on the island! I definitely recommend it for a visit! A miracle island, very harmonious and beautiful!!!

A new hotel in a great location with excellent staff (with rare exceptions), but with a lot of unique disadvantages. 1. Upon arrival, the seaplane lands on some kind of unsightly platform in the ocean. The color of the mood is grayness, the squalor of the platform and all the crooked wooden stair stands. Then the boat will take about 5 minutes. No options. The return transfer is a boat, a platform, a seaplane, a flight to another island, a noble steam room for 15 minutes, then a flight to Male. When a seaplane is flying, it is comfortable in it. But it can be hard while waiting on an airplane - stuffy, hot, sweaty, and even optimists are not joking. 2. The concept of a wide range of rooms from small two-storey houses for many people to standard Maldives coastal and water villas gives the result - we have not seen such a diverse public in many ways in one hotel and at dinners anywhere else. Dressed up in Arabic and Indian women with lots of children and their nannies in tights… Noisy, fun, but not for everyone...!I had to carefully look for my corner for a romantic dinner, it was not always possible. 3. Our luggage was lost on our island, the Russian-speaking manager reported that the luggage at Male airport had not passed something and they were now looking for it... It was strange to hear all this despite the fact that their luggage was seen in a seaplane and in a hotel boat. By the way, this girl also messed up about toothpaste with an honest face, that there was no way to give paste instead of strange pills for brushing teeth (they turned to another employee in English and found the paste). Our luggage was also found, it turned out to be in someone else's room… Thank God, nothing was missing. But 3 hours without changing clothes, the need to check the safety of a suitcase and a bag after their delivery service is a so-so pleasure upon arrival. 4. Extremely confusing power supply system in dynamics. We booked heavily in advance. There was a foodboard option at the time of booking. By our arrival, the foodboard remained, but the foodboard + appeared. Formally, everything is correct: we paid and received the foodboard. In fact, it is not solid. All drinks (except the water processed on the island) turned out to be paid. They offered to buy + $ 80 per person per day, go to a grill restaurant. 5. New things are not always good. It was the first water villa really shaking from the buggy ride. The ventilation in the toilet does not work, well, or it does not. A very noisy external air conditioner unit buzzes all night, regardless of the mode and temperature, this hum prevents sleep. Against the background of such significant disadvantages for recreation, a curved countertop under the sink (blockage in two planes under 10 cm) or gaps in the grouting of seams are just trifles. But it won't be easy for a perfectionist here :) The finish quality of seemingly normal materials is uniquely low. 6. Not rich and not tasty. The bar asked for two of the bartender's best-tasting cocktails, regardless of price. Both are about nothing. Either the bartender's taste is weird or everything else is worse. They didn't throw any more money at it. The hotel's advertisement had a lot about the richness of the choice of rums, well, if a dozen bottles are rich, then fine. We read reviews about the organization of wine lists and cocktails by the wonderful Sergei, Sergei left, everything was gone, if it was:) Hard cheese was for breakfast and dinner for one week, then disappeared. The choice of food is poor. Everything is at a minimum. Grill restaurant - no matter the price, everything is not tasty - from lobster to ribs. They thought it was difficult to spoil the ice cream and not make a delicious dessert. But the cook could. There were goodies in the general restaurant, but not every day, and a meager selection. Some vacationers shared their successful experience of asking for shrimp, ice cream or cheese from the cook, but this is for an amateur to ask… 7. Problems in the organization of the hotel and communication with vacationers. It was the first 5-star hotel where we were not invited to a spa, massage, some kind of activity, some kind of event, entertainment… In two weeks, nowhere, not once. They did not warn that the umbrella from the sun would be taken from the terrace of the villa. No natural disasters. They just took it away and never returned it. The buggy was called to go to the restaurant a couple of times, then stopped - it does not arrive in half an hour. We walked, hitchhiked :) The only way to really take a buggy is if you come to the reception, they park there nearby. It would seem that it is difficult to make the wonderful Maldives uncomfortable with the application of mind and means, Here Avani+, unfortunately, succeeded.

5+ Vacationed with a friend from December 13-20, 2024 Don't listen to anyone saying that the island is not green, and there is no vegetation near the beach houses. There are small bald spots, but this is not critical, and you can always change the room/villa. We had half board. The food is cool and delicious. We've been eating tuna in various forms all week. There are coffee capsules and tea in the room. We took wine for dinner a couple of times, 80 dollars. The reef is cool We lived in a two-storey house with 4 rooms, this is the cheapest option, and it is the best!!!! It's not even worth taking the first floor. It 's kind of uncomfortable there . Staff for 5+ The transfer was at a 50 discount% It takes 40 minutes to fly from Male No wildlife , if you don 't like it . The sharks at the Pier are cool!!!! The beach is always free!!!! People were seen only at breakfasts and dinners))) The best entrance is at single-storey villas. There is snorkeling on two floors. The pool is not bad either The hotel is completely eco-friendly. No plastic. Things really take a long time to dry. There are at least three swimsuits! And no sandals, heels, or other urban footwear. We went barefoot all day. Flip-flops and crocs !

the hotel is offered as an elite one, but in fact there is a problem with food, there is practically no buffet, the taste of food is either mediocre or delicious, walking barefoot as it can be done in other hotels is impossible, well, of course you are not forbidden to do this, but a layer of sand is literally a couple of mm, concrete laid under it specially under the cars. The hotel is new, opened in April 2023, maybe because of this problems, I doubt that they will all be able to solve after some time. choose Reethi Faru, it's 2 times cheaper, the food and drinks there are divine, the island is bigger, etc. I can't say for other hotels

Describing the beauty of the Maldives is a thankless task, it is impossible to describe it, so it is better to see. I will write exclusively about the Avani+ 5 star hotel. So, Avani+ , a brand new hotel (villas), everything is new, from the villa, to every towel and it certainly captivates, an incredible set of everything you can imagine there is in the villa. The whole island is a wonderful place for a quiet and unforgettable vacation. The service is beyond praise, every employee (and there are three times more of them than vacationers) does everything to make your stay on the island unforgettable, the personal participation of everyone throughout the entire holiday. Any questions are resolved as quickly as possible, the guys work in Russian (Margarita, Sergey, Ekaterina) , thank them very much and separately for their attention and help !! Full-fledged room cleaning two times a day, everything you think about when you imagine a deluxe vacation is here! Your own home reef, which will give you an unforgettable snorkeling experience)), a lot of Activity offers (sports, fishing, playgrounds, etc.) everything is there! The villas are two-room, full-fledged, really two different bedrooms, the view is amazing. Every villa, cinema in which there is a movie about the Indian Ocean on the "wide screen", it is only necessary to open the curtains)) Excellent bars, with a convincing selection of alcoholic cocktails, and friendly bartenders, a pool overlooking the sunset. But it wouldn't be fair if I didn't mention the downside, which for many can be decisive. It was unprincipled for us, so we will not lower the rating. Of course, I'm talking about nutrition! We had everything included, and so we tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And this is of course the problem (the only one) of this place. There is a poor choice, there is no seafood, from the word at all (several times tasteless tuna on the grill and something about fish in the dough, does not count), and there is no seafood, only chicken in different variations, perhaps this is the only meat, options with potatoes, salads will disappoint you for sure, because there are none, plates with greens as salads. Constantly, a separate cook cooks different pasta options with you, it's delicious (but it's impossible to eat pasta every day). Our observations , of course, was heard, and the promise that all remedial, was issued, but unfortunately, during our stay, nothing was changed (maybe not yet🤔?) , any interesting dinner in the overall restaurant for guests was not, and the à la carte restaurant , too, she can't cook 🤣 In general, you will not be able to eat well here, but if you do not treat food as something important, then the food here is a solid three, you will not starve. But otherwise, this is an amazing place with high-quality service, which is worth coming to. Conclusion: I definitely recommend it!!!

A new hotel. There are no insects (ants and cockroaches) in the rooms. The restaurants are excellent, I liked the food. There are animals in the ocean, stingrays were seen every day. We went on excursions, and it was great, manta rays swam around us. There is a good fitness room and a game room.
