The staff seems to be adequate, but there are always overlaps with deadlines. Be careful when you pick up the order, double-check everything. There is no feedback, they don't pick up the phone until you arrive, they won't figure out what's with your order at all. I cut them five times, always some kind of joint. Once it was completely lost and redone. The only reason I ordered from them was a large selection of materials. I assume that if you are their regular customer, then everything will be clear, and if you are a stray who is fooling his head for the sake of five details, then something may go wrong.
