I have a question: does the driver drive alone and is he responsible for helping the population to throw garbage? Is it possible for an elderly woman, or a sick old woman, or an old grandfather to throw garbage into a high garbage truck? Or should I go to the neighbors asking for help? Garbage trucks are working in the settlements of Belarus, but people do not have to wait for the car to come and load the garbage themselves! Garbage is displayed in bags on the street and garbage truck workers pick it up on their own. Maybe the leadership of the Myadel housing and communal services should learn from the experience of civilized settlements in Belarus? ...
