We went from Alanya to Belek. We agreed that they would bring a refueled car to the hotel. Gasoline was poured right according to the price list. There is no feeling that they want to "cheat" you. All questions will be answered and prompted about traffic regulations, parking, etc. They speak Russian well, which greatly simplifies everything during the rental, in any situations on the road or if something happens to the car during the rental (an accident or some kind of breakdown), you can contact and solve the problem (you did not encounter it yourself with technical or visual problems in the car, the car is in very good condition). Prices for any wallet, you can definitely choose something to your liking. The fuel consumption of cars is very economical, so you don't need to spend much on it

The car was taken in May 2023. All the design is fast and simple. I watched from the hotel: they are in demand, but there are also cars available. Special thanks to Pasha - he quickly arranged everything and was in touch with us. We also left the car in their parking lot for the night, which is very convenient, because the hotel was opposite. We were satisfied with the car and the places we managed to visit!!!

The car is good (hyundai i20), the staff is friendly, speaks excellent Russian, documents were quickly processed, the car was refueled in advance without extra charge, driven directly to the house. Thanks for the service! The only negative is that we were told that it was possible to return the car in the evening, but it turned out only in the morning.

Hello everyone! I want to leave my feedback and personal experience of receiving the services of this agency. I must say right away that I can't say anything good or bad about renting cars and bicycles. I can say that we rented cars and bicycles in other places and it was cheaper in them.
We rented a house with the help of this agency. They found us a place to live. But! I warn future potential customers that they rent housing more expensive than the owner rents for $ 150-200. You will overpay for 1,2,3 months, a deposit and a commission (a total of $ 750-1000), and if you immediately pay for half a year or a year, then even more. It was like that with us.
After 3 months of rent, then you had to pay monthly. We asked the landlord (owner) how much we should pay and in what currency, and after that it turned out that we had greatly overpaid. The agency insisted that we make a monthly payment (overstated by $ 150) through him, as an intermediary, and not directly to the landlord, with whom we had an agreement. We did not have an agreement with the agency regulating the payment rules. That is, past the fact that the realtor earns his commission, in addition to the fact that the price is too high, so they still want to continue to feed off customers by forcing them to make monthly overpayment through them, and not directly. Although their job as an agency is to find housing. We found housing, we received money and a visit. But no, they need to milk you.
Separately, I would like to mention a realtor named Pasha (Phuket). Provides a paid assistance service for obtaining a turnkey residence permit. It cost me 5,000 lire. After passing these 5,000 lire "turnkey", he charged me more money for notary services (250 lire), for confirming the address of the apartment (150 lire) and also wanted me to pay the state fee (600 lire). Do you think this is turnkey???
In order to arrange everything faster, I gave him the money in early October so that he would take care of my residence permit registration when everything was calm in the legislative field. And how do you think it turned out? And it turned out like this. Instead of immediately addressing the issue, he simply did not do anything. After almost 2 months, it's the end of November, he signed me up for a rendezvous on February 1st. In December, there were massive refusals. I decided not to go to the rendezvous because I stopped seeing the point in it. Result. He takes money for his services more than other helpers (on average, people called me 2700 liras), so he also treats his services carelessly and tried to take off more money.
If you do not receive a residence permit, then he says sorry, the legislation has changed. The money is not returned even partially.
In terms of rental housing, I advise you to search without intermediaries (for example, on the sihibinden website). In terms of assistance in obtaining a residence permit, I advise you to look for some other help in telegram chats on the advice of people.
And I almost forgot. After the first negative feedback about the rental of housing, the owner of the agency began to threaten deportation personally and in Whatsapp.
In fairness, I also want to note that while the realtor was looking for housing for us, he let us live in his apartment for a couple of days. Thank you very much! But! For $750, we would have rented a hotel.
Friends, think for yourself whether you need it or not.

Good day! I want to share my impressions. I rented a 2019 Fiat car for one day. The car is super, everything works fine, economical (advised by the manager) and this, at a diesel price of 27 liras, is very important, we drove more than 100 km and took less than 5 liters. And the staff is prompt, very polite and friendly (a pleasant bonus was after the delivery of the car, an employee of this car center took a taxi to the hotel for free, it would cost at least 60 liras).
