Excellent hotel in the center of Osh. Very friendly staff at the reception. The room has everything you need, even a kettle. It's quiet and cozy. There is one of the best restaurants nearby. And the store.

The hotel does not perform its main function - it is impossible to sleep. Number 2, costs 3250 som per night - unrealistic audibility, silicone earplugs do not save. A lantern shines through the window, the beds are as cheap as possible, the room is inconvenient in small things - this is a failure. I am updating the review. A lantern shines through the window, the beds are as cheap as possible. The hotel moved us to room 6 - it's quieter there due to the distance from the reception. But! There are springs sticking out of the mattress, so they put 3 mattress pads on top, which have already crumpled, so they had to sleep with their heads at their feet - there are fewer springs. We didn't get enough sleep. The room is dirty, the window curtains are not normally closed - the curtain and tulle hang on the same curtain, in the bathroom it is also not very good. There was a soaking wet rug in the bathroom -it wasn't replaced, it was just taken away. They give flip-flops, which are very unlikely to disinfect. There are no complaints about the administrators. For this money, the hotel is a failure.

We booked directly by phone a month in advance, agreed on a discount for early check-in. A day before arrival, I write to the hotel - they say there was no such reservation, the whole hotel is occupied for our numbers, we will not be settled, and the staff had no right to give a discount at all. In short, our reservation was lost somewhere, apparently they didn't write it down in a notebook. I had to urgently look for and book another option.
