I had a manicure, the quality of the work is good, but the attitude towards the client and in general the customer orientation, I do not know what level. In 10 years of manicure, this visit was the most terrible in my life. It is from the master's side. The master didn't even say hello, although I had been to her a couple of times before. Well ok. I've been waiting for her since the last client for 15 minutes, sometimes. But she just silently went outside to smoke. Yes, 5-7 minutes. But they usually apologize, at least warn the client about it. That is, in total, I sat and waited for 20 minutes. All 2-2.5 hours, the master talked on the phone 7 times, on personal topics, and such unpleasant ones. Even at work, they don't discuss this with colleagues. And here you couldn't even hear the music, only the problems of the master and quite unpleasant things, I'm a squeamish person. Why do I have to listen to all this for so long??? The master also did not ask, did not apologize. Well, OK too, yes! But the master pulled my hands very unpleasantly, pressed my fingers very hard. You can even see it on the cameras. No master has ever hurt me so much, sharply, unpleasantly. I told the master, but nothing much has changed. As she pulled, she continued, I only dreamed of leaving there already. Moreover, the master blames all his sighs, negativity on the phone and so on for a bad day. Well, it's not professional, is it??
