I really liked the boutique hotel where I spent a whole week. The hotel has an excellent location, all major attractions are within walking distance. The staff was incredibly pleasant, especially two lovely girls who were always friendly and ready to help with any questions. The breakfasts were also great — there is something new every day, including broccoli, cauliflower, various salads and other goodies. The room turned out to be beautiful, everything is new and clean! Definitely recommend it for a stay!

If you want to have a good rest after a busy day spent in beautiful Armenia and magnificent Yerevan, you need an overnight stay in the very center of the city, at Avenue 23 Boutique Hotel on Sayat Nova Street, house 23. Caring Gayane and Ani, the hostess of the reception, will create comfort, surround with care, help and prompt. And the breakfasts!!! Thanks to the cook Ani is a super professional in her field and a charming girl, they are incomparable!!! Come and check in! You won't regret it! I will DEFINITELY return to Avenue 23 Boutique Hotel again

A wonderful hotel, clean, cozy, cleaning every day is very high quality, delicious, varied and hearty breakfasts, the rooms are super, clean, new, comfortable and cozy, the location is wonderful, the staff is responsive and friendly , there are no disadvantages, only advantages, I will definitely come here again, I RECOMMEND!!!!
