Just don't go there, there is practically nothing inside dedicated to Avesta and zooastrism, it's just a hoax, inside there is some kind of strange collection of photographs, paintings, modern objects, everything is in poor condition, but most importantly - it does not correspond to the name at all. We were charged 35 thousand soums each. It's just a hoax. We gave it away, we decided that it was like for charity. But just a piece of good advice - don't waste your time and don't go there.
A very cozy little museum. It is interesting to tell about the history of Zoroastrianism, I recommend everyone to visit who will be in Urgench, do not waste your time
Thanks to you, in the soul of every person there is a place for history, culture, art, painting and everything beautiful that exists in the world. We wish you prosperity, inspiration, success and good luck in everything. Let there be many caring visitors in the museum and exhibition halls.
A very nice grandfather, the founder of the museum and a guide, told us about Zoroastrianism and the history of Khorezm.
It is a pity that the museum is not state-owned, and is maintained only on enthusiasm and donations from lovers of history and culture.
Long years and prosperity to the museum.
We were very lucky, because the founder himself conducted a tour of the museum. I felt like a schoolgirl on an exam. It was interesting and informative. May God grant him good health and long life.
We went to this museum for a long time, as a result, 60,000 for two, four halls of some old stuff, information is only in Uzbek, the museum's caretaker does not know Russian well, the guide left for Khiva. A complete disappointment.
