The place is beautiful. The channel is good for a boat trip, but it will be uninteresting for kayaks (quite wide, monotonous).
There are many places to relax in the form of gazebos located far from each other. You can rent a bike. Toilets are certainly not very (bio). The cafes are closed on a weekday. You need to take food with you.

It is definitely worth visiting this place with the whole family. And if you are the initiator of the trip, then I advise you to refresh your memory a little with data from history. This will allow you to conduct a tour at the level of a professional guide. By the way, you can also take a ride on a small river tram, although it is better to find out the cost in advance by searching for information on the web)
It will take a maximum of 2 hours for everything about everything. You will have a lot of new experiences, a dozen other interesting photos in the collection, and of course a good mood!
Oh yes, and most importantly! Do not trust the navigator, I (and not only, I met at least 3 cars) he led to a dead end to an abandoned house with an apiary and a small but feisty and harmful dog (she marked 2 wheels for me). After a little spin, of course we arrived at the right place, but we lost 20 minutes.

A small copy of the Moscow canal. A toy canal with sluices and wooden drawbridges. While they were watching the sluice, a car counter arrived in the village, I have not seen such since childhood. Complete delight! The lack of food and other modern infrastructure makes this wonderful place an excellent attraction recommended for visiting.
