I wrote conscientiously for a whole week, asking how my application was going. I was fed breakfast, even to the point that "the shift has changed now, we don't know anything." In the end, they stopped responding at all. It is difficult to influence them from Moscow in any way.

We arrived at Domodedovo airport with my husband for the check-in of flight YK-884 05.06.2022 from Domodedovo to Bishkek with departure at 10.50. This airline does not have online check-in, respectively, we could not even pay to be seated together in any seats, we arrived in advance, but at the check-in desk we were first registered for 2 seats in the middle and across the row, arguing that there are no seats together 2 hours before departure, in any parts of the interior. Then we cancelled the registration, realizing that there were places. As a result, at another counter they promised to put us in the last 30 rows together, but after a call from the senior at the registration, we were put in seats C and D across the aisle to the very last row.Our ticket registration numbers are 140 and 141, respectively, there are at least 39 seats left on the plane (with 180 seats). They put a family of 2 people in 2 seats next to my husband, and another part of this family of 2 people next to me, so we didn't even manage to switch places. And these people admitted that they were the last to register. Since check-in ends 60-45 minutes before departure, it is obvious that a sufficient number of people were seated for a whole hour and clearly not separately, even my husband and I could be seated in adjacent seats of the same row 30 on both sides.
