We celebrated the christening of the child, booked a small hall in advance. On the day of the epiphany, when we arrived, it turned out that a wake was taking place in the small hall, and in the large hall there would be an event for a large company (about 100 people), and naturally they decided to put us in this company with a small child! They didn't even ask us if we would agree to change the gym and sit with a large company celebrating another event! When we started to get indignant, they told us that they could transfer us to a small hall, but they couldn't put us alone and we would still be with another company, because after the wake, a wedding celebration was also booked in this hall! We were also told that yesterday was also how the christening was celebrated and no one complained! If some people are satisfied with this attitude, it does not mean that others will be satisfied with it! How did it happen that when we booked there was another company, and when we arrived, the hall was booked by other companies until the evening! Terrible attitude towards customers! If people book a gym, it means they want to be alone, not jostling with other people, especially when people with young children!
