Great hotel!
Cute, clean, cozy!
The restaurant with a terrace on the third floor pleases with delicious cuisine! The price tag is lower than the adjacent local cafes in which numerous touts are trying to imprison you))) You can feed the seagulls from the terrace, there are countless of them here))) Pieces of cheese are quickly snatched out of your hands!
Iconic sights within walking distance from 10 to 30 minutes!
The breakfasts are varied, you will not stay hungry!!! The staff is very attentive and helpful! Daily cleaning!
In general, I recommend it!!!
A wonderful hotel, attentive staff, a hearty breakfast buffet (several types of cheeses, sausages, sausages, eggs, salads, vegetables, fruits, muesli, jams, etc.) there is plenty to choose from. Snow-white bed linen, daily change of towels. Thorough room cleaning. The room has a hairdryer and everything you need for a shower. We had a wonderful rest after the excursions. Importantly, the location is on a quiet street, but very close to attractions, restaurants and shops.
The location is great! Close to the main attractions, but at a sufficient distance from the noise. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help and go to a meeting. We had a room with a view of the Bosphorus, very spacious, everything you need to eat, hygiene products, and tea and coffee with a kettle. The maid alone speaks excellent Russian and is also very friendly. The breakfasts are standard, without frills, but you will not stay hungry. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere, in general, no complaints at all.
You can always wish for something more meaningful, but this hotel combines an excellent location, walking distance to the center of Sultanahmet district, an excellent, not at all hyped restaurant on the top floor, very attentive staff and a wonderful environment that pleases the eye and, if necessary, the stomach when going outside.
We liked the hotel.Excellent location for both hiking and access to transportation. Cleaning and linen change every day, the bed is comfortable, and the most important thing is warmth! We were in February and heating is a big plus.We had a room with a balcony.
Breakfasts are not a big choice, but we had enough. We had dinner in a cafe next to the hotel, it was somehow cozy, warm and soulful.
Pros: Excellent location. Attentive staff. Cozy rooms with a tea station and refrigerator. Cleaning and linen change daily. Nice restaurant on the terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea. Cons: the staff does not speak Russian, "tired" plumbing, modest breakfasts, poor sound insulation.
Very nice family hotel, friendly staff. Food is a separate topic. Disabled breakfasts are not only delicious, but also beautiful. I was also pleased with the atmosphere in the breakfast venue, the colored tables, the decor, the courtyard - the beauty! You won't regret it)
Very nice hotel, small but very cozy, friendly staff, cleaned the room every day, all the sights are within walking distance, the sea is nearby. The street where the hotel is located is very picturesque.
A very cozy Istanbul hotel.
High-quality service, room cleaning, water every day, thanks to Gula!!!
We took with breakfast, great breakfasts, delicious, varied, the products were clearly fresh, the freshest pastries, drinks cold, hot, very polite staff. On the top floor there is a chic restaurant overlooking the sea, delicious, maybe not economical, but delicious.
From noon to evening, a good-natured girl Milya works at the hotel, she is ready to help with many questions, from excursions to how to go where, special thanks to her!!!
At the reception, a friendly, perfectly speaking Russian guy, polite, courteous.
All attractions are 10-15 minutes away. Go up the tram tracks to the Grand Bazaar, down the tracks to the Bosphorus
The impressions are only good! We'll be back again. Thank you for your attention and hospitality!
Not a bad hotel in the center of Istanbul. There is a restaurant with a view of the Bosphorus, and excellent kebabs are served.
The disadvantage of the hotel is the spiral stairs. The breakfasts are on the 1st floor, the restaurant is on the 4th floor and these crazy stairs.
The hotel is small and cozy, and the staff is trying to understand and help you.
The breakfasts are not bad, lots of vegetables and fruits, different types of cheese, pastries.
It was a very old hotel, and it was hard to imagine when the renovation was done, but it was clean. The location is excellent if you plan to visit the historical part of the city. Breakfast was included, everything was delicious, and the menu was very varied, but you have to come early tomorrow because a lot of things end at the end.
Judging by other reviews, it seems we were staying at some other hotel.
Positive: 1. The location of the hotel. The sights are just around the corner.
2. Change of linen and towels (with nuances - see below for Cons) every day
Minuses:
1. There is no shampoo and shower gel in the room! When asked to extradite them, they refused, saying that they did not have it.
2. Pastel linen and towels with holes and stains (with stickers from Ruslan Aliyev dry cleaning).
3. In a single room, the toilet is located worthy of a separate boiler in hell for whoever designed it (see photo)!
4. Since active construction and repairs are underway in the hotel area, there was no hot water from time to time and the Internet. Electricity was provided by the hotel's noisy diesel generator.
5. An extremely poor and tasteless breakfast.
6. It is worth looking into hidden places in the room - mountains of dust and dirt are immediately revealed (the exhaust fan in the bathroom shocked me! - see the photo)
7. Plumbing is packed to the limit. All cranes, etc. are covered in lime!
8. Disgusting room sound insulation.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, which travel agencies position as 4 stars. There is a maximum of 2 here.
I really liked this hotel.Different breakfasts from 7.30 to 10.30,the cook is excellent-he cooks delicious, the hotel is authentic, the staff is polite, cleaning every day, water and so on is paid,Migros through Sultanahmed Square, if you do not flood the batteries in the room at the end of November it is cool, there are warm blankets,TNT,rustv and 8 channels, there are rooms with balconies and with a view of the sea from the railway, there was a room with a balcony facing the street, the railway could not be heard. Galata Bridge is 37 minutes away on foot using mapscart. Quiet and close to various attractions. Istiklal is a 50-minute walk away. On the 3rd floor there is a restaurant with a view of the Bosphorus.
+ location. All the sights are within a 10-minute walk.
The breakfasts are normal, there is tea and coffee in the room.
There is a delicious restaurant nearby with prices no higher than the rest.
- well, the assholes are lying that the rooms are 20 meters long. There is no such thing there.
The Russian-speaking administrator was very obsessive about excursions, of course at exorbitant prices.
In general, it's fine. Around in the same price range, everything is about the same.
It's a very nice hotel. Super breakfasts, everything is clean and the service is excellent, we helped with the transfer to the airport, the street is quiet and beautiful, the sights are nearby
Just returned from Istanbul, I liked everything, very advantageous location! Small rooms, but we only returned to the hotel for the night! The breakfast buffet was not bad, pastries, fruits, vegetables, cheeses, olives, olives - everything was in sufficient quantity! Cleaning every day! Thank you very much for your hospitality! We will definitely come back and recommend it to all our friends and acquaintances!
The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul. A small cozy hotel. The rooms are a bit shabby. I would like a renovation. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of the Blue Mosque
The location is excellent, a small, cozy hotel. If the heating had been working from the very first day, I would have given it five stars. But the battery problem was solved only by the second night. Thanks) the breakfasts, of course, are not luxurious, but they are sufficient. It is a pity that breakfast is not organized on the upper level with excellent panoramic sea views.
It's a nice hotel, the room is tiny, but if you come to Istanbul for sightseeing, you only need to spend the night.:-) Breakfast is quite sufficient and varied
Good location, close to Sofia, Blue Mosque. The rooms are quite worn out, the breakfast is modest. They immediately gave me the worst number, but they changed it without a fight.
We lived in 114. A train rode loudly under the window, he became our friend ) they settled the check in creepy rooms. But then they were relocated. Thanks for that) but the area! And the location , plus restaurants nearby ..It's just great. We liked living there)
We stayed at the hotel from August 18 to 22, 2023, an elegant room with a balcony. I liked everything. Clean, comfortable, gorgeous balcony, the room was fresh, we slept with an open balcony, the sea blew beautifully. The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the central square and the high-speed tram stop. At the same time, it is located on a quiet street. The cleaning is good, the service is good too. The food is delicious in the restaurant.
Nice hotel ! Friendly staff ! Special thanks to the young man at the reception , his name is Murza . So friendly that he gave us his transport card for 1 day . There is a patio, enjoyed breakfast in the fresh air. You can 't think of a better location ! A quiet , sweet street and at the same time the very center ! I really liked everything . The furniture and repairs in the room are not very new , but this did not spoil the overall impression at all . One of the advantages is a restaurant with a view of the Bosphorus !
A very nice hotel, 300 meters from Sultanahmet Square. Very nice street decoration. There is a restaurant on the terrace with excellent views of the Bosphorus and reasonable prices. Breakfast is served in the garden in the courtyard.

The rooms are cold, the heating is turned on until you remind me. The air conditioner does not produce more than 23 degrees, no matter how long you wait, it will not heat up. The maid throws out only the open soap from the soap dish, but they don't put a new one, so you have to contact the staff again. After "cleaning" the room, all the dirt was on the floor, and it remains. Constant interruptions in the replenishment of drinking water and coffee, one thing is worth it, the other is not. The floors are not very clean, the furniture is tired, the audibility is as if neighbors live in the same room with you. Draining the neighbors' toilet is comparable to a volcanic eruption, everything is shaking. There is little lighting, two light bulbs near the bed and one opposite on the wall. The shower stall is very small, it is difficult to turn around without hitting the walls. There is a railway line 15 meters from the hotel, the train of which can be heard very strongly. The hair dryer hums like a tractor, Banging your head against the metal headboard of the bed.
In general, 4* does not represent the real picture in any way.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied, for which you like 👍 There is a nice veranda in the courtyard
A good hotel, there is a Russian-speaking staff. The room is clean and cozy. There is a restaurant on the 3rd floor with a view of the Bosphorus. The breakfast is normal, there is a choice, everything is delicious. I recommend.
I was with my husband at this hotel from 18.04 to 24.04
It resembles a boutique hotel; the rooms are small but cozy. The breakfast is quite decent; hot dishes, snacks, cheeses, I would like more fruits. The most important advantage is the excellent location - on a quiet street within walking distance from the main attractions. There are many cafes nearby, a small bazaar, which is not as crowded as the Old Bazaar in the center.
I want to thank the friendly and attentive staff - Ornan at the reception, then a very nice girl and a bellboy - Belal. I'm sorry if I misspelled the names. One of the disadvantages is sometimes audibility, but we were so tired after the excursions that we slept well. We would like to come here again! Irina and Valery Akinfiev.
A luxury hotel in the heart of the city is a dream! Small, cozy rooms. Conditioner. Friendly staff. 3 minutes to the embankment (on foot). A Russian-speaking administrator. The rooms are clean. A buffet breakfast with a huge selection of dishes. An excellent inexpensive restaurant in the hotel overlooking the strait. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
A good hotel, they speak excellent Russian! Breakfast is meager, but for Istanbul it is normal even very clean. The rooms are clean, but as in all Sultanahmet old, there are old rooms everywhere! The location is great! Towels were changed every day, the cleaning is good while we are at breakfast, the reception is perfect for Istanbul. Honestly? For this money, it's even too good
I really liked the hotel. Friendly staff, convenient location.
Of the nuances: the rooms are small, there is little storage space.
From the pleasant: on the top floor there is a wonderful restaurant, a super combination of price and quality. And the view is very beautiful
The location is just top!all attractions are within walking distance. But we must keep in mind that the area is not cheap, there are only restaurants around and the average check for 2 people is $ 50.yes, and it's better to change the bucks at the grand bazaar. It is also within walking distance.
Repair 4/5,
audibility 3/5
Staff 4/5
The rooms are old. The cleaning is modest. The breakfasts are not bad, everything is delicious. Rooftop restaurant with a great view of the Bosphorus. And the food is good.

A good hotel, clean, friendly staff, some staff know Russian, this is also a plus.
But, I take off 1 star for breakfast, they are of the same type and there is no choice as such.
The location is excellent, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, attractions are close, there is a tram stop that will take you to any point
A lovely hotel in the old town. The staff is polite, there are Russian speakers. Breakfasts for every taste. The main attractions are just a 3-minute walk away.
Гостиница конечно не на 4 звезды, а на 3.
Интерьер необычный и красивый, но старенький уже.
В коридорах нет кондиционера и душно ужасно.
На завтрак очень мало выбора.
Номера сами хорошие, местоположение хорошее.
Indeed, the comfort and location are among the advantages. A big disadvantage is the sound insulation and the dimensions of the room. You have to squeeze into the shower. There is nowhere to hang outerwear, there is no place to put a suitcase either. The bed is creaky, even turning over from side to side will not work silently.
I liked the hotel. It is located within walking distance from the main attractions. Clear. The staff is friendly. Including Russian speakers. It's very cozy. The sound insulation is really bad, all the conversations in the corridors and in the neighboring rooms are audible. Breakfast is served from 7-30 to 10-30. Eggs, baked vegetables, cheese, ham, vegetables, herbs, sweets, dried fruits. Delicious Turkish tea. Unfortunately, at the time of visiting the hotel, the restaurant with a view terrace was not working. The rooms have everything you need, including a set of shampoo-gel-lotion-soap-hat-sewing kit. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, the towels are fluffy.
I definitely recommend the hotel!
