Well, manipulations such as ultrasound or tests for an additional fee without additional approval (the appointment was for an initial appointment without any additions, the final receipt doubled without my desire) as a classic way to get a divorce for money.
And when the patient asks where he can see such expensive tests, the staff is very surprised. They suggested that the doctor send it by mail, and, apparently, it is not a common practice to share their results with patients.
And the final conclusion is given to you in words, they don't give you any paper so that you can at least leave it to monitor your health.
Of the advantages, I can mention the convenient location, new building, modern medical equipment. One of the disadvantages is the general lack of sophistication, the lack of innovative approaches in making diagnoses and a little bit of digitalization to track patients. Well, I would like a patient who does not pay the lowest price in Minsk for services to coordinate their need and announce the cost.
Also, from the wishes: to confirm the recording, you can send a message in a messenger or a regular SMS. Calling several times to confirm the recording is stupid and absolutely not customer-oriented.

They sent us for a walk until 13:30, then we came after sitting in the car for an hour, and they told us to wait. As a result, they called us only at 14:00, but they said our device was broken, but let's try. what?
We tried, of course, the MRI machine miraculously did not work, and we were sent home.
Knowing that the device was broken, they even deigned to warn customers. A person has a bad back, and it's unbearable to drive a car all day. We lost a whole day, spent money on the road, waited an extra half hour - so WHAT?
They did not apologize, did not provide some kind of discount for the time and money spent through their fault. Customer orientation is zero!
I don't recommend contacting here if you want to receive a procedure.
