09/12/2021 the security guard of this store began to comment on my purchases, and when I made a remark to him, he was rude in response, said that no one would tell him how to talk. And then he continued to distract the cashier with conversations. At the same time, he stressed that it was useless to complain about him - there would be nothing for him anyway (they say, there have already been many such complainers). The cashier (a young guy) did not give me a check, and the altercation with the guard distracted me from this issue. At home, I calculated the amount for the purchased goods, rounding in favor of the store, and found out that I was badly shortchanged (this is not the first time in this store, but previously they had shortchanged me by insignificant amounts, punching, for example, the cost of a more expensive pie - and the woman at the other cash register did it). In particular, I suspect that a 100-gram pack of oil was counted to me as a standard 200 g (because the guard said something to the cashier, pointing to this oil) . Perhaps the guard is specially paired with the cashier to irritate the customer so that he dreams of leaving as soon as possible, without requiring a receipt and without checking it with his purchases?! In general, there is no smell of customer orientation in the "String Bag". Alas, such "little things" as badges or uniforms are not familiar to the "String bag". The last trip to this store left a disgusting "aftertaste". I don't feel like going there anymore. It's a pity, because this store has potential. If we added a culture of service, there could be an interesting place to shop on Pavlov Field.
There is a choice of cooking, you can eat, vegetables are not expensive, the downside is that DISCOUNTED vegetables are sold, and ROTTEN fruits are sold at discount prices, goods that are discounted should not be so lost!
