We celebrated a children's birthday in this restaurant. I'll write down the pros and cons, and you make the decision.
Positive:
1. The responsive manager (the girl) helped inflate the balloons and decorate the photo zone, although we did not even ask for this. Some of the Balloons burst, I don't know whose it is, but they inflated their balloons. It turned out very nicely.
2. Delicious food and drinks,
3. Large play area
4. Beautiful interior, clean (including toilets)
Cons:
1. The most important thing is that animators (of which there are quite a lot!) they did not organize the leisure time of Russian-speaking children: they gathered everyone in a bunch and started activities in Armenian. Russian-speaking children were allegedly translated, but this is not simultaneous translation! As a result, the children constantly ran upstairs to their parents and complained that they were bored and wanted to go home. This is a complete failure!
The situation was slightly corrected by a magic show (which we paid for separately), then a slide show was organized separately for our children, but after my big acceleration. It is a mystery to me how it is possible to do a job so poorly with so many staff.
2. While changing clothes, another girl put on my child's dress. The animators don't care, as long as my child doesn't cry from injustice. Which once again suggests that animators do not follow children well.
3. adults carry hot food for more than an hour, although they ordered it in advance, of course after a lot of reminders and requests.
4. I asked to collect the cake with me, part of the cake was packed, part (from the children's table)forgotten/lost. They said they threw it away, although I immediately warned the staff that I wanted to pick up the cake.As a result, they found it (hopefully not from the trash)
5. The administrator promised to call the parents when the paid children's show starts, but she forgot. It's unpleasant, to be honest.
After 21 hours, the guests abruptly become uninterested and the staff asks to vacate the room. While we were waiting for the bill and while the cake was being packed, we came up and made remarks to the children that they were interfering and popping balloons (their own). Well, I'm sorry! This is a children's cafe!
Personally, I don't set foot in this place anymore, although I admit that things could have been better with other animators.
The price does not match the quality. You need to position yourself not only at the presentation before the event, but also during it. And if animators give up on children, then you do not need to ask for 400 thousand drams for such a level of service and expect tips.
I understand that it is more convenient to speak in your native language. But do not declare then that you are ready to conduct animation for Russian children. Besides you, there are establishments in Yerevan that work normally with the request.
I'm not even talking about the fact that the pre-agreed serving of dishes at the start was delayed for an hour and a half.
Don't set foot in this place anymore.
My grandchildren and I went to the Avra restaurant. I want to thank the staff for the service and for the food. The children's area is very large and beautiful, the children are delighted.
