The yard is not bad, the house plate is considered premium class! But from the premium there are only ceilings and the fact that there are 2 apartments on the site. The layout of the 4-room apartment in 140 squares is very small, or the layout is terrible. All rooms except the living room are 14-15 square meters, these are very small rooms. The parking lot is all leaking, the gates are constantly breaking!
