The order was not issued, the receipt was not issued(.
Noticing the missing part on the car, I turned to the service station to solve this incident with them somehow - in response, I heard that it was not their fault.
That is, they indirectly admit that their actions could have caused the loss of spare parts, but refused to compensate for the damage in any amount.
They do not value customers, they do not observe financial discipline.
I will not apply anymore.

I spent a day at this service station to replace the washer under the nozzle, and as a result, 40 km later, immediately after the repair, the car almost burned down: white smoke went out from under the hood and diesel fuel poured out. Accordingly, I immediately called the service station and reported this problem. But they told me that it was like that.
And before that, instead of sending a manager for spare parts and not detaining customers, they wait half a day for spare parts from a courier who drives around the city for half a day. Although it takes 10 minutes to get to the spare parts warehouse there.
In general, while I was being repaired with subsequent damage, I also heard negative reviews from the organization next door, but I hoped that I would have more luck.
But apparently the level of this service station is such that even luck does not smell here, let alone professionalism.

I'll make a reservation right away, I can't say anything about the work of the guys-masters so far (there is a guarantee for the type of work, I'm running a car), but the attitude of the management is DISGUSTING, let's go point by point:
1) OVERPRICING. For small things +30/50% of retail. For something complicated (for example, inserts) +150%: they indicated in the order order a model for 155p, which is not available in the Republic of Belarus and under the order, but they were going to put the only one available for 62p.
2) IT did NOT WORK. Continuation of point 1: if you reproach the picker with cunning, then everyone turns on the fool, pretends that they do not know how, etc. Circus.
3) MATERIALS. They will finish off the general price tag for s/h with small things like 5 pcs. aerosol cleaners, etc.
4) THE PRICE WILL NOT BE LOWER. Even if you buy the spare parts yourself. They will threaten with a rule clause stating that if the customer selects spare parts incorrectly, the selection by the service station master is paid separately + a simple lift (which is logical). In the beginning, I clarified whether it would be cheaper if I bought the s/h myself, whether they would "get" the price to a "psychological level" with some kind of work, the answer is NO. As a result, it is a lie. I saved 200 rubles myself for s / h, the same 200 rubles were added to the work.
5) VIEW THE CONDITION OF THE CAR BEFORE AND AFTER. During the repair process, the hood opening handle was torn off from the clips, the battery was dropped off and the doors to the car were locked themselves, but no one said anything during acceptance, although it is obvious. Yes, I have an old cramp, in which this is normal, I treat it calmly, but no one even warned me.
6) NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING. In one phone call, you may be told that the master is already "about to close with another car and take over yours," and two hours later a replacement will pick up the phone and answer that the person responsible for your car has a day off today. I didn't demand wild urgency or priority, I just wanted to understand the adequate estimated time frame for car repairs.
7) POOR DIAGNOSIS. An example with engine repair: they remove the valve cover, they say that it's about washers, then they wait / do it for 5 days, they start to defect further. Then they take off the pallet and say that it's about the crankshaft liners. Then they wait/do it again for 5 days. Then they climb higher (and lo and behold, it turns out that the connecting rod inserts are also worn out), they order / do it again. And so on in a circle. You're just being pushed to the next stage. Why can't you climb in and sentence everything in one fell swoop - xs.
8) LIES. In the Viber chat, the preliminary calculation of the repair is reset, and then at the end the messages are deleted so that the client does not remember which figure was originally. They write that the car is ready for delivery, you arrive - they are looking for at least someone responsible for another 15 minutes. You ask for a calculation of the work on the results of the repair, they write that they will not be forwarded to Viber, but will be given upon arrival, you arrive - there is nothing. "They can't find the file," the head theatrically composes FIRE versions in the style of "oh, the Internet didn't work, so the file didn't go," but they can't find it on the computer either. And so on, and so on. A poor performance by one actor.
9) PAYMENT IN CASH. It seems like there is a payment terminal and a cash register, but all the way they hint to you that it is better to pay in cash, because "well, we live in Belarus", and then they clarify several more times whether you have changed your mind. I treat this nominally, but because of all the previous ones, I'm not very good anymore.
10) THE COST INCREASE IS NOT COORDINATED. In my case, the cost of work increased by > 30%, no one warned, the work order was not corrected, it was not shown on Viber, they composed live on the go when issuing a car.
The circus is in everything, the decision is up to you.
P.S. I repeat, there are no complaints about the master guys beforehand, they seem to be smart guys from the conversation, but the management is disgusting, to put it without a mat.
