We ordered the handle of the rear trunk lid for an Opel Corsa d on this disassembly . They sent it to us by European post , and when they received and opened the package , they found that the lid was missing from the handle . they called for disassembly and explained , they told us that they would refund the money without any problems , but when they brought this pen back to them , they refused to refund the money . Therefore, the advice is --- be careful when buying parts at this disassembly... They won't get the money back.

I bought headlights for my car here. The headlights eventually turned out to have a defect that I did not initially detect, but it was also not reported on the website, from the manager, or from an employee of the pick-up point. I asked to return the goods, to which the manager began to come up with some 3 days of inspection, and like a week has passed since I contacted them, although the following is written on their website: "Check period (in days): Internal combustion engine = 30, checkpoint= 14-30, others = 14.", No there is not a single mention that the headlights are a product that does not come back - an employee of the pick-up point has already told me fairy tales about this. But colleagues, we have a law that is uniform for everyone and everything is clearly spelled out there, that you have come up with some rules of your own, they can only be an addition to your internal work, and not a change in the law of the Republic of Belarus. I sent a claim to this company, then I will go to court.
