I bought a glass receiver button from this office. It didn't fit. I came to return it, but was refused, documenting some articles of the law on non-return of used goods. Although we have a banner on the wall saying that the product is subject to return and exchange within 14 days. Conclusion: they deceive or mislead people and also communicate rudely. There were no problems with similar situations in other showdowns.

I ordered a headlight washer through friends in another city. The spare part came with a broken mount. This defect was visible in the photo on the ad, but unfortunately I did not notice it, since I do not understand such things and did not expect that broken parts could be sold.
When the installation was checked at the service station, it turned out that it was in the same condition as my broken spare part, that is, it was completely unusable. I tried to contact the seller, but in response I heard only a rude comment: "Do photos open badly in Minsk?".
I am very disappointed with the purchase. The seller did not warn about the defect and did not want to meet me halfway after I discovered the problem. They sell defective parts, so I do not recommend contacting this seller if you do not want to face the same thing.
