First, they agree on one amount, and after removing the car from the register, they discount the price and slip in a contract not of purchase and sale, but a commission agreement. The second copy of the transfer act is not provided. The contract is written without amounts. Be careful and careful. I refused such a deal, but the time and nerves were spent.
