I had to take a trolleybus first, and then they took us for an astronomical price. And today, on 9.04, the proud passage past the bus stop was repeated again, with no numbers except for the rear one. I had to take a trolleybus, then a tram, and then walk. You can't take a taxi every day. The main thing is that the driver should be comfortable and pleasant, why should he stop somewhere else?

On Thursday, October 22, 2020, I was waiting for a bus at the St. Luchesa stop in the direction of the city center. At about 8.10 pm, a bus arrived, presumably number 14 or 10. I sat down in the salon. When the conductor came up, I said that I would not pay the fare, because I am deeply outraged by the unpredictability of bus traffic in Vitebsk. She said she wouldn't fight with me and moved on.
Driving up to my stop "Microdistrict SOUTH-6", I got ready to leave. At that moment, the conductor was walking by again, and started insulting me with the words "you're a bum", "beggar", "freeloader", "yes, there's just no money, so you look outraged."
I took the money out of my pocket and offered to pay the fare anyway, to which the conductor reacted inappropriately to the situation, hit me from below on the wrist, the money because of this scattered around the cabin on the floor and seats. Such an event made me lose my temper, and I, trying to attract the attention of passengers, started shouting: "Pick up the money from the floor!". The conductor was clearly scared of the situation and ran to the driver. While all this was happening, the bus passed my stop. I decided that I would go out on the next "Chkalov Street". I did not collect the money. Noticing that the bus was standing for a long time at the traffic light at the intersection of Chkalov St. and Stroiteley Ave., I went up to the driver's cabin, knocked on the window and asked why we were standing for so long. The driver replied that "we are waiting for the cops."
My plans did not include communication with the police, because I was slightly drunk (medical examination later showed less than 1.5 ppm). Therefore, I made an emergency opening of the second cabin door, looked outside, made sure that the lane was clear of cars, and left the cabin. Having moved about 25-30 meters away from the bus, being on the lawn between the carriageway and the sidewalk of Chkalov Street, I turned around and saw that a man unknown to me was running after me from the side of the bus. I thought it was the bus driver. He caught up with me and grabbed my backpack. I realized that I would not actively resist, and just tried to pull out my backpack, it did not work for about a minute, after which the man knocked me down, pressed my neck with his knee to the ground, and my right hand with his shoes. I did not respond to the request to release me from the capture. It lasted 15-20 minutes, the man was hysterically shouting to someone all the time, "Well, where are they?", clearly referring to the police officers. I felt that if I started trying to free myself from the grip, I risked injuring myself, so I lay there and waited for the police to arrive.
When the police officers arrived, the man got off me, I got up and began to shake myself off, without making any attempts to hide or enter into conflict further. On the spot, the staff interviewed eyewitness passengers, after which I was taken (without the use of special equipment) to the Pervomaisky district police department. Two hours later, I was already at home.
I intend to go to the doctors, because the man (presumably the bus driver) still, something hurt me, my health is almost normal, but it hurts to raise my hands, turn my head, breathe deeply, I have to move very carefully, it became difficult to sleep, because I wake up from every careless movement. Now I intend to proceed to the Frunze Street trauma center. Next: I intend to involve the bus conductor and the bus driver in a legal assessment of their actions and responsibilities.
