We were traveling today with a child under one year old on a 21 bus without a stroller, went into the last door (it is not indicated anywhere that the bus is traveling without a conductor, except perhaps at the beginning) and waited for the conductor, the controller came up and accused everything possible, found the worst violators, we did not refuse to pay, moreover, she confirmed that she saw us go in at the last stop, of course I understand, this is their job and everything like that, okay, fine the drunks there, or the rebels, I think in our case it would be possible to suggest, if I wanted to drive a rabbit, the first thing I would look for in the bus controller. Of course, they issued a fine) To be honest, I'm shocked by this attitude towards people)

Perhaps my assessment will have little effect on the future operation of the bus fleet, but I can't stand it anymore. I'm not going to say that the buses run as they want.: sometimes they'll be late, sometimes they'll arrive ahead of time. Let's take this as traffic on the roads, traffic lights, etc. Or maybe it's because time doesn't go right on buses? I noticed many times how on the scoreboard, on different routes, the time is lagging, and the bus starts at the "right" wrong time. While we should already be leaving and approaching another stop, the bus is still standing, and the driver is smoking next to it on the side. Well, we're all human, let's wait, but in a place where someone might be in a hurry and running late because of the "right time" or because the driver wants to smoke (by the way, together with the conductor) they might give a reprimand or something like that. Well, these are our problems, not the costs of local transport. After all, the driver is also a human being, let him smoke, but we will be late, it's more correct. So what if we leave at the wrong time? Just think, we left 5 minutes later, well, you'll run a little, time goes differently on the bus.
Well, I think I've said it all, now let's talk about bus stops or otherwise – "passenger mirages". Did you think this was your stop? No. She obviously appeared to you, because the bus passed her, so she's not there, and we all know that buses stop only at bus stops, and not at any "Bobra" stops. Apparently, I was unlucky, since my nearest stops are Beavers, which drivers 16,23,20 and 22 often ignore and decide to skip, especially in the evening. Well, then you have to go from Bobrovsky or Kurgan, thank God that at least such stops exist, otherwise you would have traveled from the end to the end. Well, as I understand it, minibuses generally live by separate rules. By the way, it was precisely because of a half-empty bus that decided to drive my "Beavers" past in broad daylight that I was late for the exam and it was she who encouraged me to leave this review. Otherwise, I'm not complaining, everything else is fine. Our conductors are good and kind people, you can learn a lot from them, especially about your parents, who for some reason forgot to educate us, because if you forgot the reference book, then you are an impudent scoundrel, and you have no respect at all. Thank them so much for reminding us that we forgot our heads at home, otherwise how did I go without a head, and even without a certificate. By no means am I saying that driving without a student is the right thing to do. I'm saying that it's wrong to overstep your authority, get personal, and insult others. Many people simply do not pay attention to such trifles, but paying a ticket for a stowaway is not a big problem. Problems may arise with such eloquent employees of our transport, because insults can lead to administrative responsibility. Therefore, please, let's all remember our rights, the rights of passengers and employees, and respect each other. That's it, femito la comedy, friends)

Today, on 2.09.2024 at 17.50, I was traveling by bus on route 18. Number AN 9998-3. There was no cash, so I got my phone ready to pay using Belarusbank's keycode. I started looking for a sticker, and I didn't find it (There were no stickers on the bus to pay for Belarusbank travel. There were only stickers of the "Pay" application. Unfortunately, I didn't have this app or any cash. This is the first time I find myself in such a situation that there is no sticker for Belarusbank fare in public transport. Thanks to the conductor for not kicking me out. Kind people gave away their tickets) So we drove a couple of stops)
