I looked at it on purpose, it said Parking on the bus!!! I'm sorry, I'm wasting my time and money, I could have waited for a minibus, another bus, 13, for example, and got to where I need to go without a transfer! If I hadn't withdrawn money from an ATM a few minutes earlier, it would have been the last change in cash in my pocket. What if I had left my card at home? How do I get there with my child? On foot? Why doesn't the driver warn you that he's not going all the way? Doesn't he write on the bus? Do I have to look at the timetable at the bus stop?? I used the app, saw that the bus I needed was approaching and got in, looking at the PARKING sign on it. And not before Dzerzhinsky!! I think the attitude towards passengers is unfair and irresponsible!!

I really ask the HR department to choose the right employees for drivers, as there is such a negligent attitude towards passengers, I will give you a lot of examples.:
1. They carry it like firewood, not carefully.
2. They rush to the yellow traffic light, then slow down and all the passengers have flown away.
3. They open only one door, although passengers want to get out of all the doors and then close these only open doors right in front of their noses and you have to go on and come back, buses are designed to take you to the place you need in comfort and safety.
4. They don't stop at the bus stop at their choice, or skip them.
5. I want to drive in a good mood, but drivers are rude to passengers.
And that's NOT ALL the problems, I really hope for an improvement in the quality of the choice of workers for public transport drivers, it's scary to ride public transport because you don't know what can happen due to the wrong choice of workers.

It makes no sense to call the bus fleet, they have one excuse, the car is broken, where to get it, there are no drivers.
I would like to contact the management of this organization with questions. Why don't you always have enough drivers? Why do your buses constantly fail? What are you doing to change the situation???
