Your driver considered it right and proper to yell at me during a trip in transport due to the fact that I was standing in the front doors of the bus and allegedly blocking the passage to other passengers. Why your employee decided that he had the right to shout and lecture in raised tones at an entire bus full of people, at a person he absolutely did not know, remains a big question for me. I have not seen such rudeness for a long time! The mood is spoiled from the very morning and for the whole day. I ask you to have an explanatory conversation with the employee on how to communicate with passengers.
