I decided to sell a Citroen C5 2001 | 2.2 HDI car. (He served our family for 9 years - there has never been such a thing as going on a journey and worrying that you won't get there. the car has always been serviced and inspected with regard to its quality work. It's over, we don't write off age-related wear anywhere) After placing ads for the sale, employees of Avtodom began to obsessively call them for almost 3 months, their husband correctly refused them, then they were persuaded. And then my husband immediately said that the cost of the car would be set and would not decrease, they said do not worry with the help of our "loans / leases, etc." we will definitely sell your car even taking into account our RATHER LARGE commission, a maximum of 30 days and that's it. In the end, they agreed. The car was brought on 02/04/2024. The staff inspected the vehicle - drew up a commission agreement, an acceptance certificate, etc. The car was brought fully in working condition. The period of 60 days of our contract has passed (in fact, they would have been taken away a long time ago if not for the amount of the penalty if you pick up the car ahead of time). In general, they came for a car - they lead us to our vehicle and what we observe - the driver's door window is open - we don't know what the question is for. We undertake to open the door - and the door does not open from the outside - only from inside the cabin (that's why they left the window open), then the left turn signal is not working - the right front headlight is not working, something else with the trunk (according to my husband). A bunch of joints in general. When asked how we will solve the issue, invite the director, they said that there would be no director, and there could be no complaints against them, understand for yourself what year the car is. While my husband was writing a complaint, I stayed outside and at that moment an employee brought me a document on termination of the contract for signature, and said if you do not sign it, we will not be able to give you the car. And there is a main point in this agreement - which says that we take the vehicle and have no complaints!! To pick up the car, of course, they signed this agreement, but with a note of all their claims described in the complaint book. The mileage of the vehicle is indicated in the contract by an employee of the organization and we wrote it 339,000 at the time when the car was picked up, the mileage was 339987 - almost 1000 km. When asked how we were informed that apparently the employee made a mistake at the reception, they showed a photo allegedly confirming that the error was made - but the photo clearly shows that it was made on the date 09.02.24 and we left the car on 04.02.24 - it is possible that in these 5 days we managed to travel by car. (They requested a video of the acceptance, if it is available on the date 02/04/2024 - if it is proved there, there will be no claims on mileage). After my husband left the parking lot, the fun began, the diesel engine, as soon as it warmed up, the acrid smell of diesel fuel poured into the cabin - as you drive in an MTZ tractor, open the hood - the fuel return hoses were torn off there - they burst. (perhaps I could not describe the problem correctly here, since I do not fully understand this topic). What could happen like that - and it's elementary because employees don't care at all about your car for the entire period of time how much it costs them!!! No one is watching the vehicle, in winter they do not warm up one hundred percent and everything else! Be prepared for the fact that you will bring the car in working condition - and you will pick up scrap metal! And what would you do next to sell it yourself - you will need to invest in repairs and in bringing it into a proper working vehicle. An employee informed me that, but how can we keep track of all the cars - if we have 500 of them! Well, do not recruit yourself the number of cars that you are not able to ensure proper storage and proper condition and appearance of it. To answer the question, imagine the situation. I am an ordinary consumer, a client to you - I found an ad and came for inspection, seeing a picture - the driver's door not opening, the headlights and turn signals not working, the acrid smell of diesel fuel in the cabin? I will buy such a car - of course not! That's right - I won't buy it! If you do not repair anything, do not change the light bulbs, etc., but make sure that everything works - you could just call and say that there are such and such problems with cars today - maybe you would drive up and eliminate them, because selling with such nuances will be much more difficult!!!!! The most terrible office!! All the time while the car was being picked up, the staff kept telling us - what do you want, the car is more than 20 years old! So why did you endlessly call us and ask us to bring it to you if the car is more than 20 years old and in your opinion it is no longer a car??? My emotions are just over the edge! !!!

I went there to buy a car that I liked in advance, but there was one thing in the photo, in fact there was another, So I had to look at another car. My wife and I liked the Citroën C4, we issued the papers, trusted, did not do anything, no diagnostics and bought it on lease. Do not repeat my mistakes, the doctor was poured into the engine. Before that, we looked at several more cars, all of them had a problem with the engines. Although, of course, they all look beautifully polished.as a result, I got to overhaul the engine.
