I did the cars at the VOLKSWAGEN Dealer in the Avtodom Kharkov Dealership 94a Klochkovskaya Street, oil change, chassis diagnostics, convergence collapse, 03/05/2021 at 10.00 am, The manager was polite, explained everything, took the car away for repair. Upon receipt of the car, everything was visually fine, everything was in place, I made the payment and picked up the car, when driving around the city everything was fine when I went on the highway at a speed of 100 km per hour I heard the rattling of metal, decided to stop at the service station, when the car was lifted, the master noticed that the engine protection bolts were not screwed and there were no two screws which were attached metal protection and plastic side protection. Even when the caps were removed from the discs, the nylon fasteners that hold the caps were removed, and when the caps were put in place, the plastic fastening ties were not installed and I was not warned, which is why one cap was lost. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS Dealer. I am attaching a photo, there is a video
