But when accepting a car, they make a crafty inspection act, which is not a document, and no court will accept it as an argument. In fact, the organization reserves the opportunity to avoid any claims regarding the condition of the returned car. Moreover, the organization does not provide a certificate of acceptance and transfer of the car either at the time of acceptance or at the time of return.
Therefore, the rating of "3" can be considered overestimated.
