It was possible to make an appointment for diagnostics only after a week, but despite the fact that the client and I were waiting for this record upon arrival, we were told that the car would be put into operation only after 2-3 hours, and in the end we had to wait 4 fucking days instead of 2-3 hours. I want to emphasize that this is just a diagnosis, not a repair, which would have to wait for spare parts, etc. Upon arrival, the master, instead of taking the car keys and driving it himself, threw a cape on the seat to the customers, and in order not to get his hands dirty on this "beautiful" technique, he said that we ourselves would find a place for it somewhere in the territory, which was all filled with these buckets with bolts, so more and I had to drive the car to the car wash myself.

I appreciate the service. Not a sales dealer. In a month, they recorded a car that was serviced under warranty. Upon arrival, the creaking heart was still accepted as a warranty repair. But still, chuika did not disappoint. The next morning I arrived: half of the work has already been done, but not under warranty. No calls about agreeing whether to do work for money, because the guarantee is denied. You can't talk to the master on the phone at all, he is busy all the time and never calls back. Somehow we agreed to pay for the work done. Some of the work was refused. While the repairs were being made, the craftsmen had already begun to work further. He has already categorically refused to pay for it. When asked why I was not informed at the time of the appointment or a whole month before my arrival that the repair would not be under warranty, they just shrugged their shoulders. And by the way, we came from another city. But, I note, although it looks like it, it is hardly a divorce, a simple carelessness of the staff. Although knowledgeable people work in the workshop, they used to apply and did everything, but at the acceptance you don't understand what's going on at all. A bunch of unnecessary people who don't decide anything, but go around like kings and push each other off.

This is probably the worst dealership in the Republic of Belarus. The attitude towards customers is very bad. The car was taken away in May 2023. The muffler has already fallen off 2 times ( we must pay tribute , it was hung back under warranty ) but since the appointment was made a week later , we were answered by phone : tie up and go . The button of the upper glove compartment broke (it just shot up on the move), they said it was not a warranty case, they changed the lid for money. The right mirror is dangling like a spaniel's ear. The guarantors said I admit it . I picked up the car late, so I didn't get to the warranty service because they work until 16:00 . The semi - axles are warming up , but nothing was found at the dealer . And so it is in everything .
