I recently visited the Autograph cafe in Baranovichi and was impressed by this place. The interior combines modern elements with cozy details, creating an atmosphere in which you want to linger and enjoy every moment.
My order, pasta with salmon and sun—dried tomatoes, became a real gastronomic pleasure. The pasta was cooked perfectly: tagliatelle, tender and fragrant, with pieces of salmon, which gave the dish a slight salinity, and dried tomatoes, which added a bright sourness. The only thing I had to wait a bit was that the pasta turned out to be slightly hot, but this is more of a plus than a minus, because the warmth of the dish lasted long enough, and the flavors were revealed more and more vividly.
Green tea was a great addition to pasta — light and refreshing, it emphasized all the shades of taste. The cheesecake for dessert did not disappoint either: airy, with a creamy texture and mild taste, decorated with powdered sugar and orange slices, it became an excellent finale to the meal.
What is especially pleasing is the attention from the staff. The waiter, despite his youth, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and caring for the guests. He even offered me his personal charger, which pleasantly surprised me and became a pleasant bonus at the moment when I needed to recharge my phone.
In general, the Autograph cafe left excellent impressions: delicious food, attentive service and a cozy atmosphere. I can confidently recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in Baranovichi. A great place to enjoy delicious food and spend time in comfort.

The most favorite place in the city of Baranovichi is an Autograph. A wonderful place with the most magnificent menu! All the items on the menu are prepared with soul and love. I really want to mention the Caesar salad with the signature sauce. It's not a salad - it's a gastronomic song! Every ingredient is like a note in this symphony. Great respect to the cook
But waffles... it's just the highest degree of culinary creation. You can choose waffles with cottage cheese filling and nutella, with salted caramel. I note that the caramels are also prepared by themselves. It just melts!😍
The atmosphere in the restaurant is favorable, the music is great, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. And the administrator Egor takes a responsible approach to his work and duties.

The motto of this place: "Delicious and soulful" is fully justified. Whenever you come, you will always be served by professionals. Menu items are timeless classics. I am very pleased with the choice of salads. Especially Caesar. They opened the veil of secrecy to me and told me that the sauce in the restaurant is prepared by themselves. Bruschetta with chicken fillet sous is just a work of art. I'm not talking about waffles anymore. This is a feature of this institution.
