On October 12, 2020, I came to these "comrades" for a collapse, after repairs in the chassis. The task was simple, to expose only the front axle.
I do not know how competent they are in other jobs, but I would not advise anyone to go to them specifically for this operation.
Their "miracle locksmith" exposed the corners to me and at the same time declared that the steering wheel would be "crooked". Allegedly, he cannot set the evenness of the steering wheel due to the lack of thread on the steering rod, and that either the steering rod needs to be cut with a "grinder" because it is too long, or remove the steering wheel in the cabin, turn it properly and put it in place.
Well, I believed this "competent" specialist, armed with digital equipment, with a computer showing "beautiful" numbers on the screen, printed out a solid table of angles on the printer, and the next day I went to the guys who changed my chassis.
They were not lazy, in five minutes they took off the wheel and steering tip in front of my eyes and decided to see how long the purchased steering rod was and why it needed to be trimmed. The difference turned out to be ONLY 5 MM. At the same time, the tip could be wound at LEAST 1 CM more!!! At the same time, the details are completely new. No rust and dirt! Everything is done without hemorrhoids.
An hour later, I was back in the Caravan with my complaint about their work. I tried to explain all this to their "miracle master receptionist", since yesterday's "super special" did not work that day. To which I heard that this "comrade" did everything right, and there are no complaints from the master receptionist. Allegedly, this adjustment of the steering tip is not included in its work.
An hour later, I was at another service, at Herzen. At Mobiltech, where I was advised to go by the guys who repaired my chassis. There was no such "modern" equipment as in the Caravan. I would say that it is antediluvian. And the master is not a young and "talented" man, but an aged man. And I had to hold the steering wheel on my own while in the cockpit while they were re-adjusting the camber. But surprisingly, it took 10 MINUTES for the entire operation from the moment I took the wheel to the moment when I lowered the car from the lift to the street. I was looking at my watch on purpose. And the steering wheel was standing right!
To sum up, I spent half a day of personal time fixing the door jamb, some amount of gasoline for driving around the city, and 30 Belarusian rubles of additional expenses.
Draw conclusions, gentlemen motorists. I am afraid to contact the Autocan now for any services, although I used to have a good opinion about them.

The employees at the order desk do their best to resolve everything promptly on the client's issue. For me, the most important thing is that they don't charge money when the average person is still on the phone, as it was in one hundred Vitebsk.
4* only because of the ambiguous diagnosis of the chassis: we looked, everything seems to be OK, I arrive at another service station (there was noise) they tell me that the bearing has been replaced, everything is OK. But you should not judge by one mechanic, in general, the service is excellent (compared to 4 others in Vitebsk, and many in Moscow)
On 30.07.2021, I signed up for an oil change by phone (there is an outgoing call to their number), on 07/31/2021 when I arrived, it turned out that my car was not recorded and no one would service it. Since I was leaving for Moscow that day, it created a big problem for me. No longer naked for this HUNDRED!!!!!
I changed the front hub bearing . of the advantages :
+ 1 hour has passed from the moment of contacting them until the start of the repair. That's considering it was Saturday. It was the only place in the city where they said yes, come and do it. All other ( at least 10 services ) offered an appointment for Sunday or Monday;
+ the suspension was diagnosed for free ( although , as I understood , only the front one .. because you need to make a camber on the rear suspension .. and they didn 't say that ) .
Of the cons :
- they immediately offered to leave the car .. They said we 'll make a call . Therefore, I did not observe the repair process .. I've already picked up the finished car from the parking lot;
* the car mechanic left the box with the receipt and the old bearing for himself ( he did not leave it on the driver 's seat ) . That is, if, for example, the ABS does not work due to a defective bearing, then I will not be able to return it to the store.
In general, the guys seemed to be knowledgeable and experienced people.
I do EVERYTHING related to the car there all the time. And so the Mitsubishi space wagon is 99 years old. I can't say for the quality of the work, but everything that they changed / repaired did not go out of order. Also, the price is very nice. It was necessary to change the anther pads, oil seals, bumpers in a circle, and the springs of the front axle of the shock absorbers. I called 5 services, they named the most affordable price here. The only tiny minus is the order table (but you can order elsewhere and come with everything of your own), they either don't have something all the time, or it's expensive, or it won't be soon. So the service is 5/5. The order table is 1/5.
I would not recommend this service station, very imposing services, frenzied queues, the staff is not friendly, a lot of joints after their work, have to be redone.
We made an oil change, the oil started to leak, we arrived a week later to find out what happened, but it turned out that the guys screwed everything up badly - handsome

They quickly determine the causes of the malfunction, help to pick up parts that can be delivered on the same day.Twice I came to the masters to fix the joints of the masters of other HUNDRED. The prices may not be much higher, but they always give a guarantee for the work performed and for the spare parts that were purchased from them. During the repair, you can stay in the box, no one throws you out.

Due to the lack of normal mandrels for the press (only some crooked pipe cuts and old parts), one answer is a gas cutter or a hammer. At the same time, they take good money for work and without hesitation.
And so. I had a problem, the glow plugs failed (MITSUBISHI CARISMA 1.9TD (f8qt). I called 6-7 stations. And in each I heard about the same answer: "oooh, this is a cramp, you can't unscrew the candles there, etc." Well, then it was the turn to call the AutoCAN. And what a surprise it was - "Come and we'll do everything" Well, I think it's okay. Everyone is shouting that it is not real , but here they say there are no problems. I signed up for 15-00, but it so happened that I arrived at about 13-50 . He came in and said he had arrived. I'll wait if I have to. In response: everything is fine, it may work out sooner. And so it turned out. I stopped by. I didn't time it, but everything about everything took no more than an hour. Yes, indeed, the candles burned down, and I had to tinker with the 4 cylinder because there is a very limited space (the fuel pump interferes), but at the same time everything was changed. It is impossible to correlate the level of quality of work, the level of the price of spare parts and the final price of service. The type of service, but the Belarusian spill, from experience, the price tags are overstated by 70-90% compared to other service stations in the city.
