I've been wanting to change my car to a fresher one for a long time. I visited all the car commissions in the city. This one is really #1.
Quick update of the car bank on Instagram. Cars are different, for different customers and for different budgets. I found mine.
At the same time, no one imposed anything on me. We talked mainly with the manager Igor. My ex was taken into account, while evaluating her quite adequately. They helped to quickly de-register with the traffic police. And then they also quickly and professionally helped with registration. Thanks to Igor and Arseny!

I was putting my car up for sale .
Before that , I drove to other comics around the city , everywhere I was required to wash , refuel , etc.
They accepted it without question.The staff are very responsive and polite, they even helped to recharge the battery outside the car commission. While the car was on sale , we were always in touch , we gave it away without any problems to go to the city .

The first acquaintance with this car service was disappointing. The manager was misled and as a result lost time and money on auto-assembly. After a couple of months, another employee contacted me in order to resolve the situation. As a result, the person with whom I initially dealt was fired, the money I paid for auto-assembly was compensated. I wish the guys to keep their brand and not turn into a well-known "car market" in Minsk.

07.03.2024 I came from Mogilev to pick up a car for myself-I went to this car commission and was pleasantly surprised by the attitude, attention, consultations and just a positive mood from the staff!I got communication and advice from Director Eugene himself, a positive guy with a constantly ringing phone, but this did not prevent him from explaining everything in his sleep, telling, showing, doing a test drive around the city and choosing a car for himself.The docks were completed in a couple of hours -along the way, the staff checked all the fluids, gave diagnostics and a spare tire just in case (the road is long)

I bought a car here a month ago. Pavel, the manager, helped with the selection. Nonsense is not sold and all wishes are taken into account. As a result, I bought a car that was almost trouble—free - I only had to completely replace the rear brakes and that's it. The car passed the inspection the first time without a single comment. Diagnostics at the service station showed that the chassis is in perfect condition. There are no problems with the body either (there are small bugs, but it takes a couple of hours to remove them). I drove more than 1,000 km by car, everything is fine. I do not recommend it!!! A strange commission, the car of interest was not in the parking lot, but the owner was still moving on it. We agreed with Pavel that he would shoot a video with a thickness gauge. I had to go from Gomel, I didn't want to come to the "blind". On the phone, they first said about a couple of colors, but on the video it turned out that there were more of them. In principle, I agreed and that's why I came to Grodno. I checked the car with a thickness gauge myself and found many more places with a thick layer of putty! On the front passenger doorstep, inside, there was a seam on which the paint had already swelled and there were 1000-2000 microns!!! This was not shown on the video! Pavel said that he did not notice because the car was in the dust when he shot the video for me. It's just ridiculous and as stupid as possible for him to respond like that! He just saw it and decided not to show it to me, so that I would not "jump off", the calculation was only for this! That I would come by train and pick it up anyway, so as not to think about how to go back. But it wasn't there, I told Pavel that until they start receiving physical punishment for this, they probably won't start working honestly and I took a taxi away from there. In general, I do not recommend contacting them as much as possible!!!
Updated: On September 19, Evgeny contacted me, introduced himself as the director of this parking lot. Did you ask me why I left a negative review? I explained everything as it was, and we had a calm and constructive conversation. As a result, Evgeny himself offered to compensate my expenses for the trip from Gomel to Grodno and back. In the evening of the same day, the money came to my card! In general, if you do not like the way employees are conducting a dialogue with you, or as in my case, not all information was given on the nuances of the car, which are visible during inspection, then contact the management immediately!

We bought a car for a family and are very unhappy with this company, they convince us that the car is in good condition, they allegedly give a month's warranty for repair, they say if you find something you will come and fix it, in fact you agree, you come, but there are no craftsmen on site) they tell you that their fault is not that the car was in ideally, you patched it up in two days, as a result, the car did not start in a month, it constantly breaks down, it turned out to be painted, now the bugs have gone, the paint is peeling off, all sensors have been repaired so that the owner does not see mistakes.the prices for cars are not small, they do not want to knock them down because they allegedly say that the car is in perfect condition.
