We tested the brake light - the handbrake was broken - the button was broken by force, they didn't tell me right away, but I only looked at tomorrow, I had to wait a week for the shift I was doing, others didn't want to look, and then they said it happens that it breaks, we are not responsible, they refused to make repairs, and now we need to look for a new one... before that, their wiring had to be redone through the meac, because everything started to shorten and you can't prove anything, but they charge a lot. I do not advise you to contact them if you do not want to spend money and time, and a contentious mood... And don't forget they don't care about complaints.

For such a collapse, the muzzle is beaten on the spot. By the way, when recording by phone, the price is the same, in fact, 20% more when paying. We kept the car for about 1 hour, but in fact the car was just idle for 45 minutes. The order was issued for 1 standard hour. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE COLLAPSE-CONVERGENCE on a broken spring, the car simply became uncontrollable on the highway. To be honest, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service of the salon. I drove the car for diagnostics and THAT. They are not interested in their customers at all. It seems that there are no auto service specialists there, but simply people were put on the street because there is no one to work. The specialist should tell you a clear algorithm, give recommendations on the replacement or repair of individual components, and they ask the client what you will do. The question is, then why did I bring the car to you for diagnostics and THEN? In short, the diagnosis was done by Nissan in 2 hours🤣 I was shocked. In previous services, it took half a day or almost a day to do all the work. Each type of work was coordinated, but no one said a word here. How can you do it efficiently in 2 hours. I don't recommend it. And I won't go anymore. And what kind of car safety can you say when you're driving so that everything is checked and eliminated and you don't spare money for it, and there's such a "warm welcome".

My wife and I went to Orsha after leaving the route using Yandex maps, according to the principle of the closest and highest rating. Upon arrival, I explained the situation, the master receptionist looked up at me and explained that neither today nor tomorrow would help me in any way. At the next unnamed parking lot, the guys, without looking up from their morning coffee, helped in three minutes, did not even have time to finish smoking. And they didn't want to take the money.

Previously, I considered the best and responsible service station in Orsha. But, in May, I ordered the replacement of steering tips, rods, rear hub bearing and air conditioner compressor with refueling. The air conditioner compressor is working fine, 2 months in operation, the performance characteristics have not changed. Rods and tips are also without comments. But the rear hub bearing leaked the next day on the track. The hub temperature exceeded 100 degrees, the disc and the brake caliper 40. It looks like an incorrect tightening torque or a manufacturing defect of the bearing.
I replaced the bearing with the same one in Minsk. After more than 5,000 runs, it goes well. I returned the damaged bearing to Avtomir, the service station paid for its work immediately, and the bearing went for examination and a month later the money refund was approved.
As a result, I would like to put 4 stars for old times' sake, but I can't, because of the locksmith, petty, mistakes and time for driving and some delays.

Brand new bearings of Turkish production after installation on the Renaut car began to crunch, they pointed out to me that this was a factory defect and I had to pay a lot of money again to install other bearings. As they told me in the store, there has never been such a thing in history. Of course, we don't see how car repairs happen, so such stories can happen to everyone. Personally, I no longer intend to contact this company about repairs.
