I have a negative experience of interacting with this organization. The timing was changed, the camshaft oil seal leak was eliminated. After that, the oil seal began to leak even more (the camshaft was not defected). As a result, the new timing belt was flooded with oil. I had to do all the work again at another service station. Extra expenses - 600 rubles. The trust of this service station is no longer there. Regarding the comment of the service station. If you can't repair an old simple diesel engine, how can you be trusted with something more modern?! Absolutely nothing. And what does the quality (or rather lack of quality) of your work have to do with who drove the car to the service station?. Besides, I invited your director to come to another service station for diagnostics, and she refused. You've got something wrong. At least blaming customers for your incompetence does not decorate your business.

They justified it by too complicated disassembly with a bike, that they had to remove the entire rack. They didn't come up with anything about hamut. The car is old, but the suspension is serviced in a timely manner, there are no problems with removing anything. The employee saw the condition of the suspension during the inspection. If such an amount had been announced initially, then I would have refused to repair it. The necessary documents are not processed. The check is given out reluctantly, the first time it was punched for 70p less. Maybe it was an accident, or maybe it was an inattentive calculation. As a result, I asked once again to issue a check with the correct amount.
Another unpleasant thing is that a dog lives on the territory, runs and jumps on his trousers with dirty oily paws. I have nothing against dogs, but in this institution it is inappropriate and spoils clothes. There are no questions about the timing and quality of repairs.
