We were traveling from Kazakhstan. Everything goes quickly, the cars are in a separate queue. Passengers get out of the car and go through passport control on foot, enter the zone, get in line, at this time your car is being inspected, if the car has passed, they call your number on the ticket and you go to the car immediately after passing. The whole procedure took us 20 minutes. But a separate song is the road to the APP about 70 km , complete off-road, speed no more than 30-40 km per hour. Be patient, we drove for 3 hours this distance, took care of the car, people with extra spare parts overcome the road in 1.5 hours.
The guys at the checkpoint are friendly - everything was fast and clear, maybe we were lucky. Now, as for the roads - 46.684772, 49.448150 - starting from here and towards Atyrau, there is no road, not at all. Trucks travel 10-15 km /h all in dust; if the road was just on the field, it would be more preferable, since those insignificant pieces of asphalt that remain, and wells, sometimes more than 20 cm deep, cause irreparable damage to your car and nervous system. Perhaps this is the secret of why there are so few people at the border;)
These are the top 1 federal roads that had such quality.
Point as point. I had to transport the "dodgers" because I'm a taxi driver
Ordinary people do not ask unnecessary questions and do not delay.
They were surprised when I went back to Russia..Like, everyone's here and you're back. To which I simply replied: "I'm going home"
P.S. if the word "deviant" offended someone, then I didn't have such a goal. The word is official and not abusive. I have a neutral position towards you. I am responsible for myself and for my sons, to my father, but I cannot influence what you are doing and I have no right to judge.
The Kurmangazy border crossing is much better equipped and spacious than on the Russian side. The border guards are always polite and do their job quickly. There have never been any problems with the transition!
The photo does not correspond to reality
In fact, customs is very different from this photo
The staff is not very polite and friendly to Russian citizens☝🏼
Especially a doctor who is sitting in civilian clothes even without a bathrobe and is not politely talkative
(They don't do a covid test, and the Russian coronavirus vaccine says it doesn't work on the territory of Kazakhstan
It can be seen that you are practically not checked for professional suitability
Border crossing workers from both the Kazakh and Russian sides of the work are doing their job normally. But the roads are just TERRIBLE. People don't need to go this way. There is simply no road! And it definitely won't be in the next three years.
Today we have been standing for the third hour, the queue is not moving at all.Cars are not allowed to pass, only trucks. They didn't say what it was related to
I liked the Kazakh customs in comparison with the Russian one.
1. Clean and tidy - it was sooooo dirty on the Russian side. Although the staff is also polite and friendly.
2. The staff are polite, explain in detail - I had a group of Armenians with me, the employee explained everything to them politely and calmly 8 times.
3. Everything was explained, prompted. Well done, keep it up!!!!
Everything is polite and fast.
If there were instructions on the stages, it would be generally ideal, otherwise they, who are for the first time, need to run to find out what where why
In a word , a pandemic and the border is closed . It 's a pity to drive 1800 km and then come back . Kazakhs have a conscience. It is not a small road to transit through your state. There is nothing for us to do in Kazakhstan, just drive through your territory and solve the problem. The vaccine is available, PCR is done, what else do you need.
Everything is fine for the checkpoint.
Previously, passengers passed through the internal checkpoint, but now everything is through the external one. I hope this is not always the case.
The item was rolled up. The inspection pits are broken, it's scary to drive through. The road in neutral seems to have started to be repaired. Dirt from trucks. Traffic jams from trucks and all in one gate.
Our people are furious... it seems that the Kazakhs are not allowed in, but in fact you will get tired of passing ours... Kazakhstanan well done and working well
Biased attitude towards the driver on the part of border guards from the inspection group when crossing the border. They behave rudely and incorrectly. They are treated arrogantly, with distrust and suspicion, they see all criminals. Only one window works, as a result of which a huge queue of cars and drivers accumulates. I would like all windows to work and then huge queues would not gather...

All procedures for crossing the border were clearly and quickly completed
Not polite customs officers. Especially the young soldiers. They behave very brazenly. Then I found out that Kazakhs are mostly like that. Especially young people. And so, in general, there were no problems with crossing the border. You just need to behave accordingly with them. Moderately brazen. Then they fall behind.
The process takes a long time. The staff is polite, they try their best, there are no complaints about the staff at all. But physically, the bandwidth is too limited. But they will make a road soon enough and the flow will increase. Then what, are we going to stand for days? Did they also build a new checkpoint?!? When will it be launched?
I go through this border crossing at least 2 times a month!!! Skirting board level service!!!!! There are a lot of queues , and passport control is only one window !!!! And also on this window, those who leave and those who leave at the same time are allowed to pass🤦♂️
The staff is always neat and the pass is carried out according to the schedule quickly and politely, unlike the Russian post where queues and conflicts are constantly
I often cross the border by car. You don't have to wait long, everything is done quickly and politely. I am also pleased with the cleanliness at the point and around.
The transition is like a transition. No one cares if you're in a hurry or in a hurry. They want to work, they want to "drink tea", in principle, as at other crossings from the Russian Federation.
