I came to your car wash and I want to note that I immediately drew attention to the staff who looks clean and tidy, the administrator explained everything in an accessible and polite way according to the list of services. After washing, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work, I did not recognize my car, the guys are really professionals. How harmful I am, but after their work there is nothing to complain about.I recommend it to everyone, well done to keep it up!

A very bad and incredibly slow car wash with terrible service. The passenger car was "washed" for more than an hour (standard washing + blackening of tires). The word "washed" in quotation marks because 80% of the time the car was just standing in the box. The cleaner was absent all the time: 1. Before starting, he smoked a few cigarettes and complained about something to colleagues for a long time. 2. Then I wet the car and went somewhere for 20 minutes. 3. I applied foam to the already almost dry car. 4. Washed off the foam and disappeared again for 20 minutes. 5. He showed up and started wiping the almost dry car. 6. Instead of finishing, the cleaner advertised additional services to me for 10 minutes, and then disappeared again. 7. This time I found my car cleaner near another car in the parking lot, where he advises the driver, and then goes with him to the price tag, where the cleaner begins to write down the services selected by the driver on a piece of paper. 8. I started returning rubber mats to the salon on my own while the cleaner was doing other things to save time. 9. The cleaner accelerated after seeing that I returned the mats myself, and quickly (in a minute, poorly) blackened the tires. Also, I was not offered the 10% discount mentioned on the website. I planned to use the services of deep cleaning of the body with plasticine and manual application of hard wax, but I will not take any chances. This was my first and last visit. It's a pity, because this car wash is close, but I won't be able to use it.
